20 Pack Bird Spikes, Plastic Bird Deterrent Spikes, Bird Nest Preventer, Keep Cats/Dogs Away Plastic Mats with Spikes, Keep Birds Away and Keep Birds from Building Nest

We had problems with birds landing on our concrete pillars in our front yard. They were such a nuisance with their droppings. I got these to put on the pillars & the birds went bye-bye. What I like about these spikes is that they're clear plastic so they don't look offensive & they have stayed on the pillars for the last 2 years even in the change of weather. I highly recommend these spikes.

This product does not work at all. I purposely waited and did not provide a review prematurely. I placed the spike strips on the ledge over door the using addl gorilla glue to secure the strips.The birds build nests on top of the spikes strips several times without any difficulty. Obviously, the spikes strips are only a problem for humans (being careful not to get injured), not birds. A total waste of money💰 and time..⏰. especially having to remove the spike strips onced glued on very high ledges. I'm researching another product hopefully, I will have better luck. Again, waste on money

I wanted something that keeps my neighborhood cats out of my backyard so squirrels and birds can munch on birdseed without as much risk of becoming cat food. I placed these on the tops of my flat wooden fence where I thought cats might jump onto or walk along. I've seen a huge drop in the number of cat sightings, and no new bird carcasses since I've installed these spikes. As I suspected, squirrels can still walk on my fence with these spikes installed. So, these work exactly as I planned for them to. If you bought these spikes because you have squirrels you're trying to deal with, I'll just say that's a much tougher nut to crack..

Have had these spikes on my Sunsetter awning arms for one year and they have stopped the birds from perching on the arms and pooping on my deck. They were easy to install and adhesion is still good after one year.

Got a lot of small animals rampaging my backyard. I thought these spiky things might help. As it turned out they are not for amateurs like me. The double-side glue is a joke. You can peel it off from the template but you can’t remove the front cover easily. I end up using the tape gun. But then the spike material itself is too brittle. So the installation was a pain. Finally, it does not seem to work for the raccoons.

The ledges on our porch are barely 2" wide, so we cut them lengthwise & had enough for ours and neighbor's porches! Birds are very angry now, they have to find somewhere else to nest! And, they're practically invisible!

The plastic is very thin and not durable. The adhesive rectangles are not sticky at all and will not keep the product in place. I ended up taping it to the surface. It is providing a little bit of a deterant for a stray cat that has been sitting on my railing and scratching my window screen. I am trying to prevent the cat from getting on the rail so that he doesn't destroy my screens. The cat belongs to my neighbor but will not stay at his own home and wanders the neighborhood for food. Anyway, I don't think this product is going to work for long because it is very flimsy and the spikes will not stand up to a cat. So if you are getting this for a cat, look at other options before you buy. They advertise that it is good for cats, but I don't think it will be a solution that will last more than an hour. Cats are too smart and will easily tear it out of the way. I wish it were thicker and stronger.

The adhesion tapes could definitely be altered to be bigger. What you get are these teeny tiny strips that are almost impossible to peel off. They have a little tag that sticks out which is to help you peel off, but those little tags rip off which makes that little tape unusable. I had to get a separate double-sided gorilla tape to use because what they provided was just not good at all.
