Works exactly as intended
As expected and intended. Bought the black and as another reviewer noted, you donât see the keyboardâs lights shine through, so itâs a little bit of a guessing game to know if your Caps lock is on or off. Or if you like to work in darker environments the keyboard lights are significantly dimmer. But there is a clear option as well if youâre concerned.Itâs very thin and sits comfortably on top of the keys. Itâs shaped to fit them perfectly (make sure to check the compatible models). It doesnât move or slide around. And it doesnât hinder closing the laptop.Typing feels a little softer now. And, the clicking noise is muted which is nice. I type with a lot of pressure and recently had my keyboard replaced because I wore the lettering off of maybe 10 keys. Iâm certain this will help greatly.

Cute and functional keyboard cover
Overall this was a good buy, it fit my Dell computer keyboard perfectly. It has helped keep out the dirty and moisture. I get quite a few compliments on the fun rainbow color. It does blow off in the wind and stick to the screen when I open the computer, I've had keyboard covers for other computers that don't do this, but I don't know if it is the cover or the keyboard design at fault.

It's Good For protection but...
It fits the keyboard perfectly, and really REALLY makes the keys silent. It feels good and it's protection is undisputed.1 problem: 2 actually-- I got the black version, and it definitely dampens the backlit keyboard a lot, but I expected that-- the bigger problem is that it covers the caps lock light. So I have no idea when it is on or isn't- at least when typing passwords etc., without lifting it up-- so there's that... the 2nd problem is irregardless of the color-- clear will have the same problem- the fingerprint unlock on the power key os covered, so-- yep no dice on using it... I use external keyboards and monitors most of the time, but this makes it suck when I just want to work from my bed or recliner etc., the clear one will at least solve the problem of the caps lock indicator light, and really, I only have to type my pin or password or use face unlock- at least with (meh đ) windows... My various distros and flavors of Linux are (not counting dual boot to a LTS version of "pseudo linux" aka 'ooowbunTOO' LOL Ubuntu - that is... ) on thumb drives...Anyway, the fit is great, it's durable, and really serves it's purpose, SO...I... recommend.

I was skeptical when I ordered this...
Keyboard cover for XPS 15--Honestly I didn't think it would be a great item, but I knew that over time my new laptop would get dust and grunge in the keyboard, so I thought I'd give it a try. It's GREAT! It fit my Dell xps15 beautifully and basically disappeared once on. Typing, I don't even notice it being there and the backlit keyboard is still just as easy for these old eyes to see as without. Definitely a worthwhile item to have for just a little money.

Fits The Bill
I was suddenly having a lot of trouble typing on my laptop and was becoming increasingly concerned. Did I have a brain tumor? Was I going senile? Are my hands becoming arthritic? Nope, just needed a new laptop cover as the old one got crazy warped over time. Turned out I needed a $5 fix to replace it and I'm back in business! If you think you're also dying because you can't complete a simple sentence on the computer, try replacing your keyboard cover before you start revising you last will.

Fit my new Dell XPS
Very happy. Fit my new Dell XPS laptop well. It was a snug fit. I like using ones like this with a snug fit so the oil from your fingers doesn't wear away the numbers and letters over time on the keys. I've used a lot of these for various work computers and this meets my expectations. Seems durable as well.
