Riveter
This has been brilliant for the job I bought it for. Made life so much easier and 10 times quicker than doing by hand.

Near impossible to extract the rivet pin after use
It seems a bit hash. But frankly extracting the spent rivet “nail” from the jaws is near impossible.Inserting and using the tool is fine, effortless and effective. But getting the blasted spent “nail” left in the jaws is absolute pain. The jaws do not release the pin, the front part grapes the pin where it breaks and becomes so easy stuck.Value for money is good, but the pin release is useless. It’s heading back for a return. Don’t bother buying it.

This works well !
I have just finished putting around 1200 peel type rivits into a project I am doing and this tool was an absolute godsend. It worked very well. I see from other reviews that some folks had difficulties and I did a little bit at first but once you get the simple procedure correct it's very easy. The key is to insert the rivit, operate the drill in reverse until you hear the clicks and then operate the drill forwards. The teeth will then bite and pull the mandrel. When the rivit pops KEEP going for a couple of seconds so that the mandrel comes away from the rivit. Then operate the drill in reverse until the mandrel is fully ejected. Repeat !

Excellent item
I was torn between 3 types , the pneumatic one using a 8litre 100psi compressor , drill attachment or the full purpose made cordless one .I mainly use 4.8 mm stainless rivets . The pneumatic one I thought my compressor may struggle and could t justify a Milwaukee one as it's few and far between when I usea rivets .The drill attachment type varied from £12 upto £70 so opted for this one . Once I got the hang of it it works great . (Use in normal forward dri and a reasonable slow speed and reverse to remove the pin that snaps off) non have jammed and has done around 20 stainless steel rivets with no issues . On par with the Milwaukee one I have used for the price it's a brilliant bit of kit

Good quality riveter, easy to use.
Easy to use straight from the box. With arthritis it would not have been possible to build a flight case with a hand riveter.
