These keto crackers were exactly what I was hoping for. Crunchy, flavorful, and perfect for snacking without all the carbs. I was also surprised that they arrived fully intact—not smushed or broken into pieces like other people mentioned. You can actually dip them without them crumbling! I topped mine with chicken salad. Definitely a new staple in my low-carb pantry.

Power-packed superfood! NON GMO, gluten free, and even keto friendly! Protein full. So yummy and delicious. They are amazing with cream cheese on them as a quick snack.

I’m currently in transition of changing my diet and SOOO excited to have found Ella’s Flats! It just perfectly fits in my plan ( no carb no sugar) and it allows me to consume all those health seeds at once. Tastes great and goes with anything. Thank you for making my journey delightful!

These are amazeballs. Purchase at local Wegmans….Fat/Carb/Fiber/Protein content and ratio is spot on. Has replaced my higher carb snacks, even bread, for a more nutrient dense option. Love. Good quality consistent product. Only use sesame generally.

Need low carb options for my diabetes. These are tasty but VERY expensive, definitely helps with the desire for a crunchy snack. Pairs well with hummus (I always get garlic). The taste is very nutty and for me the sunflower flavor is most prevalent. Because of the cost, these are a rare treat, but will keep on hand.

The product taste good but over half of the were broken. For the price you pay; I find this absolutely unacceptable and won't ever be purchasing again.

These are actually delicious. Expensive, but the serving size of 3 good size crackers is enough. 7grams of protein, 4 grams of fiber and no net carbs. Super clean ingredients- no fillers, just seeds. I had purchased these a couple of years ago, it was likely a different flavor, but I wasn’t impressed. I thought I would give them another try, given they align with how I am eating these days and the “everything” flavor is really delicious. This will be a subscription item going forward.
