After the product arrived I was skeptical about it. As I dug through the packaging and finished the assembly my skepticism quickly diminished. I karate kid, but I can sweep the leg with the best of them. The pads have maintained their shape and structural integrity even with my lighting fast and thunderous kicks. I am sure I have kept the neighborhood up from the sheer sound of the impacts of my foot hitting this quality product, but that’s a price I’m willing to pay. I feel sorry for the 5’7” tall home invader (possibly named Kyle) because he won’t know what hit him thanks to these training pads!

It was a Christmas present for my daughter who is taking Taekwondo. She picked it out and put it in my basket to buy for her gift. She put it up the next day and has been using it ever since. She loves it. High kicks, low kicks you name it.

Looks decent, but missing parts. I also see many other reviews with people missing parts…would consider other options.

My son is big into Tae Kwon Do. I saw him taping paper towels to a bag for a target and thought there must be something better! There is, and this is it. He really likes it. It is a little pricey but it was easy to install.

Got this for my gym where both seasoned kickers and those who don't even know how to kick are constantly using it. Never need to look for someone to hold the pads now.

Well made. Will stand the test of time even after being kicked by me.

Broke bottom spring on the 1st day, pads fall out too easy, save your money

Product looks great but the fasteners become loose after a few solid kicks. We ended up holding up everything with rubber straps. I suggest a much more solid bolts and screws to keep the pads from sliding down.
