This is the second filter we have ordered since having this filtering device and the first one worked so we assume this one will work as well/

The 'filter' light still on after replacement
It fits great and works, but the indicator light for replacing the filter will not go out. I did some troubleshooting to try to figure it out, but I guess I need to find the instructions. Wish it was a little easier.

Well worth the price,
This unit exceeded my expectations. I bought it because I now live in a condo with limited space and have 2 cats. (Need I say more?). I solved the kitty issue separately, but find having the air cleaned and ionized has made a huge difference. You can actually sense how clean the air is. As an asthma person, it’s been an added benefit. I recently had an issue with the filter. Customer service was wonderful helping me resolve it. I would recommend this product wholeheartedly.
