I made a belt from my old cinch strap of my saddle. The first buckle I got was a crap one from a thrift store belt that broke within 2 weeks, so I headed to Amazon for help! My experience with Tandy leather has been good in the past and I REALLY liked the look of this buckle, so I purchased it.It goes well with the leather strap from the saddle although it was just a tad too narrow, but that isn't an issue. I have noticed that as I wear my belt more, there seems to be a slight transfer of the buckle covering (not sure what to call it) , on to my belt. Otherwise, I am very happy so far with this. It's held up well.I have had people comment on how nice the belt looks and that something like that with the kind of leather would cost a fortune. I just improvised on an idea and made a belt that appealed to me from scrap and an affordable buckle. Glad to know it looks swanky and expensive!! Lol

This buckle is perfect for the belt project I was working on. Materials, and quality are first rate. Attaching to the belt was literally just seconds to accomplish.

I built a new belt using some raw leather and this buckle. It looks good and holds my pants up

The buckle looks fine. But it "feels" weird, almost like it's some sort of alloy, it seems lighter than brass. We will see if it holds up

Got this for a belt I made. Wider than normal 1.5". I got the roller buckle since I think it's not so hard on the leather and makes the belt easier to cinch down.

This buckle ($6.95 on 4/16/24) fits good and looks good on my belts.
