Great addition to my other appliances. It's easy to use. I did my fried rice with less rice as it appears non stick. Sautéed my veggies. It's deep enough to do stews as well. If you are thinking of a way to reduce your oil usage this is good item to have. In fact for the college teen in dorms I challenge you to find other cooking style to use this product as I try the same myself as I plan to see if it can steam rice, now that's an idea I am going to try as I already know I can fry and stew in it.

Don’t write a lot of reviews, but this was worth sharing. best buy ever. I love this little pan. I use it almost every day. Perfect eggs, hamburgers etc....very happy with this product. It's well made and so nice to control the heat so easily. Would buy again in a heartbeat.

My husband & I love cooking with this small skillet. It’s the perfect size for two people. Easy to use & clean. Doesn’t take up much space in our RV. Win-win for us!

The 8"x8"x2" skillet is not a 2.5 quart skillet. Even Google agrees that it is only 2 quarts, but factor in that it is not entirely square (the corners are rounded) it holds only 7 cups. That's a far cry from the promised 2.5 quarts or 10 cups.I needed something on the smaller side for our camper, but really wanted 2.5 quarts. I'm not sure if we'll keep it for its other fine qualities or not. It's washable, but not submersible, it's non stick, it has a glass lid, it fits in a smaller space and it should be useful.We haven't cooked in it yet, as we haven't decided if we'll return it, so I cannot atest to its ability to cook food evenly.

I love this little skillet. My husband and I are retired full time RVers and I was looking for something that had low wattage and took a chance on this. It has been a wonderful addition to our lifestyle and is just perfect for 2 people. Easy to use, easy to clean, and easy to store. All plusses when you live in a fifth wheel. I do wish they made a square one that was 10 inches for when I want to make extra for the freezer. The 12 inch is just a little too big for easy storage and the wattage is just a bit too high. I would definitely recommend this if you are cooking for 1 or 2 people, or you need to watch how many amps you use.

Love my new electric skillet. Definitely works as it should. Very durable. I spray pam in it and it comes clean very easy.
