Fabulous product and presentation. Unfortunately the left corner was crushed and product squeezed out into the box. The shipping box was not crushed so product was already damaged when placed in shipping box. I would like this order replaced.

Don’t ever change the balm from the original green glass balm in the four ounce bottle
The balm is not the same as the original balm that came in a green glass bottle that I have used and my wife likes for the last thirty odd years
