For me, No? Dogs, yes.
I can't say too too much about the quality of this product as I have not tried it. However, the dogs absolutely love it. The one is on a strict diet due to allergies and it was nearly impossible to find kibble that does not have certain ingredients. Well this was the one we found, the price is right, and the two of them enjoy it. We have not had any stomach, skin or other issues to report which is good. We supplement this with some home cooked food for the spoiled rodents but I would go out on a limb to say, this is a good one for extremely limited ingredients and allergies. We've been using it nearly two years now.

Good ingredients
It is nice to find a good with a meat meal as the first ingredient, with some added fresh meat (contains water so it is not actually as nutrient or meat dense but is at the top due to being the heaviest ingredient) without legumes or lentils, including peas. The amount of peas were found to be the issue in the 15 dog foods (not only grain free but those are the ones most talked about) that were causing heart problems for around 100 dogs in the FDA research survey. It is nearly impossible to find dog foods even grain inclusive that don't have peas as one of the top ingredients in person for us, or without other legumes and lentils which are known among canine nutritionists to not be great for dogs, even travelling out of town to big cities. For those who are afraid to go grain free, this one does have some grains. The grains they use unlike corn, wheat, and rice, are less likely to cause food based allergic reactions in dogs. Our dog is incredibly picky for a shelter animal. He immediately smelled it and turned up his nose. We put a flavored probiotic dog food topper on and he ate it all throughout the day. At least it stopped him from inhaling his food. He seems to be allergic to chicken and turkey, so this was a great alternative protein source food. It is also incredibly difficult to find foods that don't have chicken OR turkey, because it is one the cheapest protein sources available. He didn't seem to have any allergic reactions to the food, which uses an uncommon protein source of cat fish, and a more common but not excessively common protein source of whitefish. It even uses oil instead of chicken or turkey fat as the fat source, which is great for those with dogs allergic to every part of poultry.

No legumes or potatoes!
Scientists discovered that it wasn't the grain-free diet that caused (DCM) Dilated Cardiomyopathy in dogs, but attributed it more to high amounts of peas and potatoes in pet food. After looking high and low forever for a quality food that didn't cost a fortune, I finally stumbled across Inception. It had none of the things I didn't want, but it also had added Taurine, which was an important ingredient that I WAS looking for. I felt like a winner for finally finding what I was looking for, AND my dog absolutely loved it!!!!! She went from leaving a third of her food in the bowl, to gobbling this up and cleaning her bowl! And I felt like a great pet owner for finally finding a healthy food for my dog!!! One that doesn't cost a fortune.

Dogs LOVED it, but shipping was slow
Took several more days than originally promised, but once it did arrive the pups were in hog heaven. They usually get a lamb or salmon based kibble, but a high quality ham/bacon option really piqued their interest. I like to diversify their protein sources here and there, but hard to find a good sized, high quality product (non-meal protein as first listed ingredient) at reasonable price point these days. Didn't effect their digestion as some other products

I’ve discovered something a beagle won’t eat. And beagles eat everything.
Well, I had super-high hopes for this dog food, but the old adage of “you get what you pay for” does not apply. It’s crazy expensive, but the ingredient list was very promising—probably the best that I’ve seen on puppy food—so I thought it worth the expense.Nah.It smells to high Heaven, but I was willing to overlook that. What I think smells terrible, dogs might find divine. Then, I tried to feed it to my puppy and she backed alway barking at it. She’s a beagle. Beagles eat anything. When I didn’t respond to her backing away. She kept looking at it and barking then looking at me and barking. She wouldn’t even try it! After a day, I gave up.Now, your dog may love it. 🤷🏼♀️ So, my advice: only buy a sample size because—unlike Chewy.com who will take back any food if your dog won’t eat it—this is not refundable on Amazon.

My dog loves this!
I typically buy a cheaper brand of dog food but I like to buy this brand as a treat from time to time and my dog absolutely loves the taste.
