I only have been taking these for about a month, but wow do they taste good. I like that they don’t have the crunchy sugar on the outside, I can’t stand that.I honestly don’t consume sugar at all so anything is super disgustingly sweet, but these are not (I do suck on them instead of eating them). They are such a good flavor and don’t taste like vitamins at all and not overwhelmingly sweet that I hate to eat them.I would really like even less sweetness, but that’s just me because I don’t consume any outside sugar and only have started eating fruit recently.Hoping I can add to this review once I have more feedback on how they work. I notice my skin is more hydrated and not as dry as it usually is so that’s a plus. Haven’t seen anything concerning nails or hair yet. Will update when I do.

Easy to use and doesn’t give any tummy troubles. They taste great and are packed with so many great vitamins. Pretty small size but good value for money because you get 30 days worth

I ordered these (honestly) out of desperation. My life has been in upheaval for a few months and my already fine hair was thinning even more due to stress. I looked at a BUNCH of options via Amazon and settled on these as the best bet to help!I love them! They taste great and… most importantly… I noticed my hair seemed stronger and shinier, even a bit more “filled in” (I suspect that would continue thw more I use them). And as a side bonus I noticed my nails feeling stronger as well! I definitely recommend these gummies!

Not sure if this works but regrettably chopped off some hair and trying to regrow as fast as possible.Finger nails grow faster for sure and little bit harder.Makes you more thirsty which is normal with most supplements.My only concern is it made it kind of hard to breathe through my nose after taking it, right after a meal. Caused stuffy nose for me.Update: after using this product, sometimes my scalp feels tender when moving my hair around. Uhh be careful.

Flavor is like a blueberry sweet but not overly sweet, texture is not hard chewing but the perfect consistency of a gummy. I could sit and eat the whole thing 😵‍💫.Some comments where made about the taste I don’t know why, it’s really good. I have a hard time swallowing pills so this makes things so much easier.I am 35 years old and I started to lose my hair I am hoping that this will help.Would I recommend this product yes ! It’s better to take something that you enjoy, then making it a chore. It’s good, it makes me want to take it everyday ❤️ enjoy the good things in life !!

These gummies taste okay. I think would be better if they were fresher. Mine had a hard dull layer on the outside and were a harder on the inside. I’m hoping the next bottle I have looks like the photo. I haven’t taken them long enough to see real results.

I have been taking these gummies for approximately two weeks and I can tell a huge difference in my nails and hair. I wish I had taken pics of my nails before I started taking the gummies but I had ridges and dips in my nails and now just in the short time of taking these my nails have flattened out growing beautifully and stronger. My hair seems to have a little fuller, smoother almost silky like. I 😍 this product and will continue to use it.

I received delivery of this product May 8, 2022. It is July 10, 2022 and I am happy to report after taking these for a full two months (a couple of missed days here and there) my fingernails are strong and beautiful. It actually only occurred to me a couple of days ago that my nails were growing very nicely for a change and then it occurred to me, I've been taking this supplement. Not a coincidence. As to my hair, now that I think about it, I can say that even just as recent as a week ago when I was brushing it, I noticed less of it in the hairbrush than usual. Excellent product.
