Nice product. Value for money
The delivery was made within 4-5 days. Packing was nice and the product inside was well protected. The size of the wash basin is good. The white cabinet looks classy. My plumber didn’t have any problem installing it. The product is exactly as it appears in the picture. Value for money.

Excellent product, extremely satisfied.
1. Packing was excellent, items well protected.2. The finish of the wash basin and the cabinet was very good, not a scratch.3. Installation was easy.....only our previous wash basin studs came in the way, so we made 2 holes in the new cabinet for these studs which on the plus side we could use as an extra support.4. Now the cabinet can be fixed firmly to the wall with the fasterners provides...my only doubt was how the basin is just mounted on top of the cabinet without any attaching means between the two......if you push the wash basin hard it can move....so I put silicon between the two to resolve this.5. My previous mixer tap and basin drain matched with the new one with a very minor adjustment.6. Overall we are very satisfied with this product.....value for money.

The mounting accessories supplied are risky...very poor structural support...not a rigid structure

Exactly similar to what I had ordered, no damages..it is really nice to have, if you need a luxurious bathroom. Need improvement in providing the right manual with better accessories for fixing it.

Good product, neatly packed
The product is as described. Packaging was good so reached us in proper condition. I am happy with the purchase. Please note that when you buy basin, it doesn't come with waste coupling. Ie the trap which blocks waste going into the drain pipe. It is not part of the deliverable So be ready to buy it yourself.
