It’s a really impressive looking and sturdy furniture set and I can’t wait to invite people round for BBQ’s in the summer. First I have to get the garden looking decent 😂The delivery man was lovely - he set the table up in minutes and gave advice on what protection to use for table.Thank you! I’ve had this on my wish list for quite some time and finally got around to ordering. I will happily buy from this company again.

Very Happy with the Patio set & Coffee Table, strong well built, seats are very comfortable.Excellent Value for money, compared to others that we looked at.Staffordshire Outbuilding was great to work with, very quick responses to questions..........I made a couple of changes last min with my order, which was not a problem..............they worked with me on delivery, which really helped me out.Delivery driver was a great guy really friendly, unloading was quick and easy, I asked him not to install the table legs at delivery, he then went on to explain, the best way to do this and gave me the necessary hardware.Would not hesitate to buy more from Staffordshire Outbuildings

This item is very well made and when it was eventually delivered the driver very quickly got it set up on my patio. Unfortunately, the delivery side wasn’t good. I’d taken a day off to be in for the date my order was due. I got an email at 11.30 that morning to inform me that it wasn’t coming and the new date was 8 days time. Tried to contact seller but didn’t get far as apparently they can’t contact their own drivers.As I said, product great but delivery leaves a lot to be desired

A long wait, ordered on 16th feb ,arrived today 28th feb, very little useful seller communication,Saying that, I’m very pleased, it’s heavy , sturdy and chunky. Chairs come assembled, table doesn’t , that looks easy enough. So, worth the wait? Yes I think so. Just better communication needed really.

The chairs and table look attractive - solidly built to last and won't be blown away as they ARE heavy.Be careful when choosing a parasol as the heavy base will have to fit through the hole in the table base-plank (see photo). The width of the base-plank is 5cm and I couldn't find anything that would fit. Parasol poles come in sizes from 3.2-4.8 cm and even choosing a base that only took up to a 3.8cm pole, the actual pole support on the weighted base was still more than 5cm in diameter. I eventually used a small drill-bit and sandpaper to enlarge the hole in the base-plank by about 1cm. I found it impossible to find the diameter of the support pole on parasol bases having looked at many on Amazon - though all the other dimensions are provided. It's possible they are probably all a similar size which means they won't fit through the base-plank. Would be a good idea for this company to just make that a 6cm diameter hole on the base-plank....Other than that, there are a few rough edges at the ends of the slats on the table and chairs - I'll sand those away when I put a wood preserver on in the Autumn but I did get a splinter when I moved one of the chairs the first time.Overall, these are great and for the price I couldn't find anything similar. Just wish I hadn't had to order and return 2 heavy parasol bases before making a few 'adjustments' myself!
