Scotchgard Fabric Water Shield, 1 Can x 400ml - Water Repellent Spray for Clothing and Household Upholstery Items, Long-Lasting

I bought this Scotchgard waterproofing spray to use on my shoes and jackets. I can say it works exceptionally well.One of my walking shoes developed a leakage though no holes was visible. I sprayed the Scotchgard deliberately, let it dry, then sprayed again. The shoes don't let water in anymore.I used it also on a couple of jackets. I was pleased there was no streaks left on the clothes and the waterproofing was very good.The spray does have a strong chemical smell so you need to use it in a well-aired place. Outside or on the balcony is fine.I think it's quite expensive at £10 a bottle. However, it definitely works well.Hope it helps.

Easy to apply and seems to cover as per instructions. Results are good, wouldn't say excellent. But certainly have improved old anorak.

Fabulous item, protects my furniture from my young children’s hands/accidents, very strong smell when first applied but leave the windows open and once dried leaves no smell, have used this for years on most of my furniture, spills wipe out very quickly on my cream dining chairs!

Used on coats, shoes and dog coat. Worked really well and made everything completely waterproof. Advise to spray outside as the fumes are very strong and too strong to spray in the house.

Easy to use. Sprayed fabric seats on 4 chairs. Already protect one from spill.

Product is good.. but when I was supposed to get 2 cans only got 1

I use this for the dogs bed in the back of the car, doesn't actually make it waterproof, more water resistant but works for what I want, I did use it on a pair of walking shoes once that had started to let water in but results were not great.
