My eye doctor recommended that I use heat to help with dry eye symptoms, so I went searching for a product that could help me apply heat to my eye area. When I read all the reviews about this particular product and the excellent customer service from the company selling it, I decided to give it a try. Let me just say, I am a very satisfied customer. It works well, has easy to understand instructions, and it is comfortable as can be to wear. I love that it has time and heat setting options. Love that it has a timer! It has a very long cord which makes it super easy to lie down comfortably and wear, and it fits close to my face so I could instantly feel the warmth of it and know that it is doing what it was designed to do. One last thing - lovely packaging! Thank you so much for such a great product.

At my eye dr office, I got roped into paying $36 for a microwaveable heat pack. She told me it was essential to manage my dry eye condition and to keep it from getting worse. Well that thing ended up breaking and never stayed warm long enough to do anything anyway. This mask on the other hand has proven the medical aspect if what the Dr wanted me to achieve. I would suggest that if optometrists and opticians really cared, they'd offer a product like this instead!I have used this now for several months - delibrately waiting to write my review. Dr.s orders was to apply heat 2x daily but I just don't have time in the a.m., so I use it at bedtime after putting in my high quality OTC drops (starts with a 'V'). I also added Quercetin/Bromelain and Lutein supplements to my regimen and I can honestly say that my dry eye condition has improved. It takes time though and you have to be diligent, but it does work.I'm on the computer all day for work and I got to the point where I couldn't stand the thought if picking up a book to read at night. And my eyes were literally hurting me in the mornings when I tried to open them!This mask is made well and very soothing. Pretty too. Looks high-end. Love that it's USB but would love it more if it came with it's own little power bank for use on the plane, etc. Buy it ! I'm happy to finally be able to have a good product to review!

I’ve been using this mask for two weeks for blepharitis. Soft and heats up well. Easy to use. I wish the cord came out of the mask in a different spot, it’s awkward. overall pretty good for the price.

First and foremost, I bought this a month ago and when it arrived, it would not get hot. Like, not at all. The light came on, so it was working, but the heating element wasn't working. I returned it and got a replacement and let me tell you, this thing gets HOT! If yours isn't hot enough, it's probably broken! get a new one!The silk cover is nice and soft on my face. The wiring and heating element design is a bit clunky.. The padding is on the outside of the mask, so it's only purpose is to keep the heat in (ie it sits on your face like so: silk, heating element, padding, silk). The power cord is a bit awkward as well, coming out of the top. Overall though, I wear it to bed, set the timer for it to auto shut off, and snooze away. I've yet to determine whether it's helping with my dry eyes or eye fatigue, but it sure feels soothing! I'd recommend.

This is my second heated mask and the first of this kind. I use this every night for dry eye. This one seems well made. I love the fact that the cover is removable for cleaning. Very comfortable fit. Heats quickly. Attached control seems well made and worked perfectly last evening with control of timer and level of heat. No odor. Lightweight with adjustable headband.

Bought this mask for my wife who suffers from severe dry eye disease. She tried a rechargable mask but the battery inside the mask made it too uncomfortable for her to wear. This mask just plugs into an electrical outlet or battery pack, has no bulky battery inside, and is super comfortable. Wifey says she loves it (points for me!). Highly recommend.

I gave it a 3 due to quality of mask itself. Works great to help with my for my dry eye issue. I have to put several drops in my eyes before sleep every night and the mask warms nicely and is soothing. . The outer satin cover of mask can be removed to wash but for the price the mask could have been much higher quality. Don’t know how long this mask will last but it does what I needed for my eyes.

This eye mask feels wonderful on my eyes! It is easily adjustable and fits just right and provides so much comfort. The heat is so soothing and the timer is convenient for use. This eye mask has become part of my daily routine, I am so glad I have purchased this, definitely recommend!
