I bought a set of these glasses almost a year ago, they look great. The box states that they are dishwasher safe, but after washing them in the dishwasher, some of the glasses cracked and broke. I contacted the company and informed them of my experience. They responded within a day and replaced the entire set!! I certainly did not expect this. I have started washing my glasses by hand. The next time that I need glasses I will not hesitate to buy from this company!

Nice glasses. Perfect for mixed drinks. Heavy bottom stays on the table. My only complaint, one of mine was chipped somehow in shipping I guess.

Basically perfect size, thickness, and look. Not too heavy either. Minor complaint but I sort of wish there was no logo on the bottom of the cup, even though it is subtle.
