I have been using Skin Medica products for 17+ years. The TNS is an Incredible skin cream. When you first start using it, you’ll notice a little redness on your forehead - forget it. It’ll go away.I stopped using it after six months in the beginning just to see if there was a difference in my skin. There was a total difference! I needed more moisturizer. My skin felt dry, the texture looked different and my skin looked dull..I see that people have problems with the pump. Just shake it or turn it upside down for a little bit and it’ll start coming back out again.As for the price, it takes a year to get rid of this product, using it twice a day religiously. It only takes one pump to cover your whole face and I also do my neck. I usually go brush my teeth to give it a chance to soak in before I put on my moisturizer.I just turned 73 and there is no one who thinks I am even close to my age….I am addicted!This pic is out of the shower, no makeup, no touch up.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve used this product for a while. My dermatologist recommended and I purchased from them multiple times. When I saw it was available from Amazon, I ordered to save myself a trip to the dermatologist. I opened the box when I ran out of the bottle I was using (I always have the bottle upside down). The pump only worked on one side. I tried a few times and decided to send it back and go to my dermatologist to get it. It’s too expensive to only use 1 of the sides. My past bottle may be a little finicky but they always end up dispensing on both sides. They received my return weeks ago and are still evaluating it. There is literally 3 pumps missing from one side of the bottle because it didn’t work. SkinMedica claims to stand by their product for 30 day. I will update review with outcome. When the pump functions properly, the product works but I am rating today based on dispensing functionality of what I received and potential return issues.

Superior product. My dermatologist recommends it. Excellent for sensitive skin. Absorbs qickly into the skin. Plumps, hydrates, lifts. Worth the price.

I noticed results right away… with a week. I started using for fine lines around my eyes … after having a baby my skin changed so much! I’m still breastfeeding so can’t do Botox or filler by now I don’t need to! I did blow through this bottle in a month though… it’s pricey but it did work rather well for me. I use this along with tns recovery and the hydrated. It’s been a gamechanger.

Love this product - been using for years. Does wonders to keep skin looking good and healthy.Not a 5 star rating because the product is designed to mix two lotions together as you use it. More than once I have had issues with one side not working. If you purchase ahead, which I have done when on sale, and the return/contact seller window closes, you are out of luck on Amazon. TNS hard to reach and does not respond.

Given the price, there is a part of me that didn’t want this to work so I wouldn’t have to add it to my budget. I am 6 days in and writing this review because I am already seeing significant results. I have a strong routine (vitamin c, hyaluronic, niacinamide, SPF, others) but continue to struggle with retinol sensitivity. Even after years of use, I can still only tolerate retinol 1-2x per week and have been looking for another anti aging serum to supplement the other 5-6x nights. This is it. It goes on light, absorbs easily, and I have had zero sensitivity even with nightly use. My skin is positively glowing! I’m hoping I don’t have the pump issue others have described, but will buy more even if I do. Looking forward to results in 30 days and beyond.
