Can I start by saying, I’m getting sick of the clickbait poor reviews that continuously pop up on various products. I ignore most if others say the goods are ok.I ordered two of these units and have to say that they do exactly what they claim. We sat in a cool room and then slept in one for the first time in a week, even our dog loves them.They are not air conditioning units and don’t claim to be, they are air coolers, far better than a fan and they do the job perfectly.Really pleased with the purchase.Had a query on delivery which the company answered quickly,Bought extra ice packs so we had a good supply, I put two in each and they did the job, look smart and left us cool and relaxed.Easy set up and controls, out of the box and up and running in five minutes. Lightweight too and quieter than our tower fans.Would highly recommend .

I've owned the product for a little over a week now, using it to cool me in my shed, which has become my office thanks to Covid.This cooler is good when directed AT you. I do not believe it will have much if any impact on the ambient temperature of any room. My shed/office (brick-built, heavily insulated roof) is only about 8 cubic metres (2 x 2 x 2 metres - and I spend all day in here!) and it will not reduce the ambient temperature of the shed, and neither did I expect it to.This is down to physics! The air is being cooled by water, which means it feels colder than air. The fans blow air over the circulating water, thus reducing the air's temp. That really means a drop of just a couple of degrees, perhaps 1 or 2 more with ice, but that's only temporary. This is about as much of a drop as you can get using this method. And it works! Directed at me, with a (current) outside temp of 32.9c, the cooler gives a temp of 26.8.Again, if this is blowing at you, this works well. If you need to cool down the temp of a room, you need an air conditioner, nit just a cooler like this.

The units were extremely easy to set up and to move about.When they were switched on cool air came out straight away without the use of the ice packs provided.They also dont use a great deal of water, we filled the units up to max level and had them switched on for 8 hours and they still didnt use all the water in the tank.Great in the children's room to because of the low noise level the kids slept well all through the recent heatwave.

Smaller than I expected but runs really well, not too loud and I'm a light sleeper, so that's saying something. Used it for the first time last night with the cool feature on, and it really made such a difference as temps dropped through the night the room just felt cooler. We also had the window open, but curtains drawn because you do not want the room feeling too humid and muggy. I'd say it can run for a full night on one tank of water which is great, however, I think the higher the setting the more water it uses, so keep that in mind.

The product is good value, and does provide cool air. Its no air conditioner but provides a lovely cool and quiet breeze, much better than a regular fan.However... the weak point is the feet. After 2 days a caster foot broke off making it unstable.. All I tried to do was move it across some carpet on the wheels but it snapped. Poor quality.Don't let that put you off. Its a good fan overall, but feedback reflects this issue.

Got this as my elderly dog needs cooling down got out of box tested it set it up 2 weeks later horrendous rattle had to switch off.then the nightmare of going in circles between amazon and seller trying to speak to someone amazon sending returns label but this does not solve the problem of faulty electrical product sold on amazon. I just hope it is not sent out to someone else.

This cooler is great value for money and its a little better than a floor fan or tower fan, I've noticed that people's reviews say you can buy fans cheaper maybe but they don't come as good as this little unit, and they have probably got them from a cheap and untastefull food shop. It works really well but don't expect aircon, I am very pleased with the cooler and having other fan's and aircon I don't think you can buy better for the money, the only issue I have is the misleading add saying it comes with ice packs. Well it doesn't, it comes with two tiny plastic bottles that leak and are fit for the bin. So buy some proper ice packs and it works great.

Worked well. My previous landlord was not very impressed with the noise. But I’ll probably be buying it again very very soon.
