Q: We live in a high wind area. We would like to put this on our flagstone patio, do we need to anchor it down or is it heavy enough?

You will need to buy some anchors. I bought some screw type anchors from Amazon. You will have to drill some wholes in your patio and then the anchors will screw into the earth below, secure the top of the anchor to the legs. fill back in around your holes with the paver topping sand or whatever is required of your situation. Q: I noticed that the roof does have air vents on the top. Can it withstand strong winds or more specifically, hurricanes?

We got our Gazebo in April. Live in the Northeast, at the top of a hill. We constantly have winds and quite frequently high winds and have had NO issues with the roof or structure.

Q: Can I hanh a ceiling fan in the middle?

Hi Danny, You can hang a fan from the center if you install a 2x4 across the rafters. It will still be plenty high enough even though it will not directly in the peak of the gazebo. You can not hang it directly from the center piece that comes with the gazebo. Hope this helps...Have a good one..Paul

Q: What attaches it to the concrete?

You have to provide your own anchors. I used 1/2” x 3 1/2” Red Head bolts on a concrete pad. For installing over a wood deck 1/2” bolts through will work
