I bought this as I noticed the baby shrimp could really compete in the food scrum. I mix a tiny bit in a small amount of tank water and then suck it up into a syringe to squirt around the tank. I make sure I squirt some at the mosses. You then see a few days later all the baby shrimp feeding away. It certainly seems to get the shrimp all to explore the tank more and look busy

I bought this after reading that its a great meal for Neon Goby's who like to graze on algae in mature tanks. It seems to be working great, comes with a measuring spoon too to help you feed your fish the correct dosage but I've read online that you only need half the recommended amount on the packaging. Be sure to slowly introduce it into your aquarium as you need to slowly up the dosage each week until you are feeding the correct amount. Know it will last a long time too.

Since I’ve put this in my tank my shrink have been less anxious, exploring the tank a lot more, not just hiding away all the time.They’re also doing a lot more grazing and interacting with other species in my community tank.I got this on recommendation for biofilm but honestly it seems to give the RTS & STS a better quality of life all aroundNow I always have it in myTanks. Must have!

Little expensive but it lasts a long time. My blue shrimp are healthy and having young. I the past I kept losing shrimp so I am pleased with the results.

What I was looking for

If you keep shrimp you need Bacter AE. Perfect staple food and biofilm creator for shrimp and invertebrates. It's expensive but goes a long way and disperses quickly in the tank. My shrimp and inverts are thriving.

As a new to hoby shrimp keeper I got excited when I saw my first pregnant females. Used this and now I have too many shrimp... Not joking, I've bought a Betta fish to live with them to try and keep the numbers down

Does the job. My baby cherry shrimp love it and are thriving
