The sleeve is great. Very comfortable and is providing good support for my golfers elbow.I must also say the company have been great to deal with. Very good product - certainly in my top two elbow supports sleeves. Shorter in length, but offers a brilliant level of compression, that should leave you not only pain free but able to do all the lifting, pulling a general level of movement that anyone should require. Through playing sport at a high level I have suffered with a weakness in my left elbow for sometime, but this sleeve As relieved any pain that I was putting up with and maintained my speed and flexibility in my left arm. Highly recommended.Arrived quickly after ordering and is very well made

The sleeve is well-made and fitted with the right amount of pressure. It gave some relief from pain and helped support my elbow whilst lifting heavy objects a work. The medium size seems about right - I'm slim and usually take size 10 clothing (women) Didn't give as much relief from pain as I hoped but that is probably because the pain is within the joint not the muscle or tendon. The longest time worn was about 6 hours before it became a bit uncomfortable.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE this product!I had tennis elbow on my right arm a couple of years ago, and it took a year to heal, so recently when I got it on my left elbow I bought this elbow support as I knew I was going to need it. It was fantastic. I could not even hold a cup of tea before I started using this, but from day 1 of using, I had a lot more movement and the pain decreased. It is not a miracle worker and did not get rid of the pain completely but it has certainly given me back a lot more movement and a lot less pain than I would have had without it. It is well made, very secure on my arm ( it did not slip down my arm during the day at all) and washes up well. I would DEFINATELY recommend this product, znd sizing is as advertised.

I ordered a size M as I was right in the middle of small and medium on the size guide. It was slightly too big but I wore it anyway and the pain was much reduced, and got better over the next day or so. I was kindly sent a size Small to try and this is a better fit, it feels tighter and more supportive. It’s super comfy, good quality and I’m looking forward to trying out when I play tennis next week. I have just started to suffer from tennis elbow. Impressed so far, thank you.(I put up a photo, I thought it might help if you are wondering which size to go for! I’m a size 10 usually, this is a SMALL)Fantastic customer service, they couldn’t have been better. I’d definitely recommend as the price is very reasonable, what have you got to loose!

Good quality support for the elbow, however, if you are looking to support Tennis Elbow/Golfers Elbow then you will need something with an adjustable strap to control the forearm muscles. These supports are great for all round support and warmth, they stay in place and are comfortable to wear.

I was in considerable pain with tennis elbow after over doing it with pushups and I forgetting I am 53, rather than 23. Rather stupidly I did nothing for a couple months and it became worse to a point where I couldn't hold a cup of tea or turn a steering wheel without major pain. It effectively made me weak as a kitten.This arrived from Amazon and it was rather itchy at first, however it did provide good support and pain relief. Most importantly it stopped it getting worse. It would be naive to think you can just put this on and fix the problem in 5 minutes but after a month or so I then saw a physio, who suggested I wait another month while keeping the sleeve on.Later I was able to start with specific exercise and now making rapid recovery without needing the extra support, though I would still put it on at the moment if I needed to carry some heavy weights just as a precaution. For the cost it's an excellent way to stop tennis elbow becoming a crisis and allow time for some healing, while letting you operate more or less normally.
