The egg powder is great, mixes easily, taste is great with no ‘eggy’ smell. But an absolute nightmare to open. Hence only 4 stars.

I am a type 2 diabetic and I control my blood sugars by dietary means without medication and I had been missing meringues for years.I dislike messing about with separating eggs and having to find a use for yolks/storing them and I have not had much success with packet white liquid because they have additives that make the meringues chewy instead of crunchy as I like them.This product in combination with inulin powder and powdered erythritol helped me create lovely crunchy white meringues.I made my own version of Eton Mess with double cream, sweetener and a couple of thawed frozen strawberries and a bit of Greek yoghurt.Delicious and very low carb so fine for me.

the lid of this thing is just impossible to open and it makes an absolute mess of the powder within the container

The lid is so difficult to open. I thought once prise opened it would be a lot easier to open the tub next time around. I had to decant the content to a much better container.

Bought this a few times now. Well packaged (although I don't like the new lids - too hard to get on and off) and a good quality product. Mixes well and gives great results.

Great, used to make protein keto bread, no loaf has ever failed with this brand.

Love the quality of this brand. I bought to add extra protein to my meals and shakes. However, you need to be a body builder just to get into the tub!! Almost injured myself trying to open it after a workout! I guess it’ll be a good way to measure my progress when I order again. Other than that it’s great stuff… clean and good smooth texture.
