Well-made Clubs for such an interesting exercise style
They are the perfect weight for someone just getting into Indian Clubs. As I have never done anything like that before, they are helping me to navigate a world of strength and mobility routines that are massively effective in keeping my upper body ready for anything. The fit, ease of use, and design overall are without a doubt perfect! The fact that it's a durable plastic helps keep me confident in that they will be in my arsenal for the long haul. Given what I've relayed here, I am confident in saying their current monetary value is well-deserved.

Helping with shoulder flexibility
1lb weight great quality and good value. Has helped with shoulder pain and flexibility. Even though I have good upper body strength I truly can feel the 1lb weight doing basic Indian routine

works for me:
I purchased these to help with an old shoulder injury and have been using them daily.I bought the #1 set and doingvarious exercises seems to have help the shoulder be more mobile,as in reaching over my head. Also they are good fora cardio workout while swinging them or even holding them in different positions for a set amount of time.Yes I do likethem and at 76 years old,its a safe workout for me,without worrying about tearing something.

Well made bit slick
They will serve their purpose, so worth the money. Only issue is that the handles are slick, so sweaty palms would be an issue. Nothing some sports tape can't cure.

Well made and nice balance
These Indian Clubs are well made and feel well balance. Should last a lifetime. Still learning how to use them but they are a great addition to my workout routine.

Great workout!
I never used Indian clubs before so I was really unsure about the weight. I weigh about 175 pounds and lift weights regularly. I use dumbbells, kettlebells and straight bars. I didn’t want to let my ego get in the way so I bought 5 pound clubs. I can assure you, they feel much heavier especially when you start doing the prescribed exercises. But it is a nice change and a great way to add variety to your workout. These clubs are well made and very durable. You will not be disappointed.

Good quality
I’ve been wanting to buy Indian clubs for some time and these were great. Not too expensive and great quality.

Thin handles
Good quality (they’re iron), but the handles are too thin. No matter how hard I grip them they slide around/spin in my hands, and they’re already causing blisters. Am going to apply a few layers of cloth grip tape to make them thicker.Haven’t checked accuracy of weight yet.Update: checked weight on food scale; pretty close to 5 lbs each (negligible variations). Bought some cloth grip tape from amazon; most of one 15 yard roll was sufficient to thicken the handles until they were reasonably comfortable to grip. Reasonably satisfied with them now; am going to leave the rating at 3 stars because of the handle thickness issue and the need to fix it, but I’m satisfied with the purchase and I regard that as a decent score.By the way, I’m a big guy and these clubs are a little heavy even for me. 4 pounders might be about right but they’re tough to find. Have ordered a set of 2.5 pounders and might update this review after I’ve had a chance to use and compare those.
