There isnt anything I dislike really. It does what it says. Charges well, great that I can listen to stuff at night while my partner sleeps. It does send a message saying “Not supported by this phone” when you insert it but hey it works.

I purchased this product and liked the fact you got two adapters. They both stopped working within a month though so I arranged a return but ordered again ( incase it was just a rogue batch or something). The same thing has happened with the new ones.One of the second order snapped in two leaving the lightening component stuck in the iPhone ( like a key broken in the lock) and that was scary as it would have meant I couldn’t charge my phone from a cable if I hadn’t been able to get it out.The concept is great but, in my case, they didn’t work.

This device is a lot neater than some others that I was looking at as there are no wires to break. Plus the fact you get two. It fits neatly into the phone and it arrived before the date given

At first, I thought this item was better than the Belkin rockstar accessory as I found their accessory to twist and turn by the lightning adaptor, rendering it useless in a few months. However, after around 2 weeks of usage, the accessory consistently disconnects, making it rare for my phone to charge to 100% upon awakening. Occasionally, my iPhone says this accessory is not may not be supported.

It doesn’t connect properly if you have a full side case on your phone, but otherwise does the job perfectly

Unfortunately these did not work for Me , the charging side did but the music connection never had audio output , not worth the hassle sending them back though

Fitted to my iphone 11 and it immediately threw out the "unsupported accessory" warning but ....... flipped it over so that symbols faced the back of the phone and no warning !The BIG positive here is that this allows both charger AND external microphone use so if you are somebody who shoots on the go and need both good sound and the ability to charge then this is the business. It also works well with a gimbal and gets rid of having to bend the chord in order to fit your phone on the cradle.So far, a minimum 11 out of 10 for this one !

On receiving this one adapter didn't work but i could not send back as needed for work immediately and the other one has now failed 8 months later. It was used for a couple of hours a day in a 5 day working week so I consider to be very poor
