So far, so good. I can't say much about visible changes yet as it's only been a week. But I think I can feel a difference. I think this might be the included amino acids. For those that don't know, I did some research and your body NEEDS amino acids to build collagen, so I already love that this product has both!The taste is extremely mild but pairs better with coffee in my opinion. I tried it with flavored water first and had to wait 30 minutes for it to fully dissolve. It dissolves much better in hot liquids.I accidentally discovered today if you poor enough of your hot drink into your cup to soak the powder, put the powder in, then finish pouring, the collagen doesn't stick to the bottom of your cup. It dissolves quickly like this.I'm excited to see the results in a month and hopefully revisit. Giving one tub a trial before trying to hit the 6 month mark for more noticeable results as it suggests!

This brand, Perfect is the only one I’ve tried that really helps joint pain and digestion. Sometimes I take 1 scoop a day and sometimes 1 scoop twice a day. Works well in soups and sauces too. I put the chocolate in my hot chocolate too.

Mixes well with a variety of different liquids. No flavor to it so that is excellent. Fills me up.

Wonderful collagen, I don't often do monthly subscriptions for products but this one I had to. It dissolves well in my coffee and barely has a flavor. I've noticed a huge difference in my nails and hair, and even joint pain. 10/10 would recommend!
