I've used it to insulate a large workshop and a wooden garage. Makes an immediate difference and nicer to use than fibre-type materials. It also helps keep bugs from entering the building! I use proper aluminium tape rather than shiny plastic alternatives as this sticks better and helps block any gaps. I have repeated the order a number f times as keep finding extra areas to cover. Very happy.

We used this to go behind radiators to reduce heat loss in our bungalow. We didn't really notice a difference in the bungalow, but our conservatory feels noticeably warmer. The roll was large enough to go behind 8 radiators - with about half a roll to spare. I have also used some to line a drawer in our caravan that sits above the heater. Easy to use and an inexpensive way to slightly reduce heating costs.

Expensive, I thought, as I compared what was recommended for our brand new 14' by 10' shed and other brands, but having spent a small fortune on having my husband's hideaway installed and wired up I needed something that did as it said. Insulate to keep warm in winter and cooler in summer.I took the plunge and it arrived much faster than predicted, which pleased hubby as he was itching to try out his new heavy duty staple gun!A couple of days later he proudly led me down the garden path to show off his handiwork and I must say it was worth every penny. Every inside panel and beam is shining silver and it did feel a couple of degrees cooler when I stepped inside the shed. Unlike my memories of being in my dad's shed when a child, feeling stifled and suffocated by the trapped heat.The winter will test its heat insulating property but I feel confident it will live up to my expectations.

I used this to replace some old radiator reflector foil that was poorly installed and probably inefficient. The soft shiny surface and double layer with air pockets should be a nice upgrade over the previous single foil sheet, as should fixing it to the walls with an air gap instead of flapping around randomly behind the rads.I gave one star for "adhesion" because it is not supposed to be adhesive. I used double sided sticky tape (from Amazon) to hold it very neatly to the wall.I've seen one review saying they were short changed on quantity. I was tempted to measure the whole roll, but when I measured the first five meters and saw how big the roll remained I decided not to bother. The box it came in was filled with the roll so I'm sure it was the correct length. In any case, I have plenty to spare after fully lining behind eight rads and the loft hatch, so I'm happy.

I am fully satisfied. Exactly what I needed - I insulated a large upstairs utility cupboard. It feels great now.
