Fair quality, very simple design.
One of the six in my package didn't work mechanically -- the rocker switch inside wasn't properly in place. The plastic siding broke off when I tried to seat that rocker in it's proper place. It is a very simple, inexpensive (cheap?) design, but it works. My biggest complaint is that without the little "On/Off" label on it, you can't tell which toggle position is On and which is Off (a different brand had the words "on" and "off" printed on the side of the switch. Time will tell how long they last.

Poor Quality
POOR QUALITY: I bought this 6-pack. In a low usage application, I used 1 and it wont switch on and off any more. It is stuck. I was going to replace it with one of the other unused 5. I measured the resistance of the remaining switches when in the ON position. Four of the the five measured over 2 ohms. One measured 0.2 ohms. These switches are advertised as being okay to use with 12VDC. My application requires 5 amps, well within the switches' specs. How could you use a switch with that high internal resistance (over 2 ohms) in a 12v application? It would drop almost all the voltage on the the switch. The device would get almost no voltage.

Works as a switch. Not particularly sheer.
Toggle switch works with a satisfying snap. TPU cover and plastic retainer rings were in good condition.Not certain why the review page requests a rating for "Sheerness". Neither the cover nor retainer are particularly form fitting or translucent. The switch itself certainly (and thankfully) is not.I suppose in a stretch, you could use this as an accessory with your nighty, but the switch itself isn't sheer, and certainly wouldn't be useful as a garment, or comfortable under one.
