Combat Indoor and Outdoor Ant Killing Gel, 27 Gram

This worked pretty fast. I cut up some straws, into 1.5" segments, inserted some of the gel into each straw and placed them along the walls and countertops where I saw the ants walking around. The ants were attracked to the bait within minutes. Do not cleanup dead ants, the ants will take them back to the nest. Within 24 hours most of the ants were gone, by day 2 there weren't any to be seen. Good value, easy to apply. I wouldn't recommend putting the gel directly on your counters or floor.

This works great. I have a 3500sq ft home and started with 1 tube and placed little drops inside and out near doorways, kitchen cabinets, dog food, and a drop here and there where the was a gap between the floor and the side molding. Then I bought another tube to keep on hand and anytime I see an ant in my house I will apply a bit more near where I saw the ant.

After seeing small-sugar ants, I knew that a local application of a bug spray would not cure the problem. After applying a dime size amount on the kitchen back-splash, the tiny ants were soon all over it. Each day I saw new visitors chowing down on the bait and some ants were delivering this bait back to the nest for complete destruction. It did take a couple of weeks for the ants to completely disappear, but, it did evidently take out the nest and I have not seen any ant visitors since. Results are not immediate, but, they are permanent....

We live in WA state and the ants we have are small black, slow crawling ants. I used this ant bait last night while my kiddos were asleep. For the time I was still awake I notice that the ants were not drawn to it at first. More like crawling around it. Then within an hour more ants came and some seemed to be attached to it, feeding off of it but they wouldn’t move suddenly. I left it alone and let them do their thing. When I woke up in the morning (8 hours later) the ants were still lingering and the bait was gone beside a small strip of it. So I cleaned up the small amount that was left. The ants were gone and I haven’t seen any come back. I am unsure if this bait works bc our home is considerable clean. They only come around in this small corner area (shown in photo) if my toddlers leaves the fewest crumbs of crackers or popsicle juice behind, other than that they won’t bother. I will have to leave a few crumbs of crackers to see if this bait stuff works. I’m hoping they took some to their colony rather than eating it on the spot. I will update my review when I know they have vanished 🤞🏽

this is the new formula, clear. does not work! had the previous yellow gel, ants loved it! ate it up fast. new tube is clear gel, ants ignored it. can't even return the product. will be calling the company to complain. do not buy this clear stuff!An update on the new gel. It took a couple of days for the new clear gel to work. The ants have returned and are consuming the new stuff like the old. Hopefully they will die soon! It is working but took a couple of days. The old stuff was instantly a hit. Not sure why but it is working now!

To begin with this review, let me say that i have ordered the"Combat Ant Killing Gel" in the past as pictured and i must tell you it was a very effective product. It was so good that you only needed a small dab and ants were gone for months.Why do i say "was"? There seem to be some confusion with this product today. After doing some extensive research i finally solved the mystery as to why we have a huge majority of good reviews and bad reviews.Here is what i have discovered, like i mentioned before i have used this product before and had a overwhelming success. In the past week i had placed a new order for the" Combat Ant Killing Gel" the package came in a timely manner. At first i did not see a problem until i started to use this product. I noticed from the start that this product wasn't as effective as the one i tried before.I was baffled i couldn't understand as to why the ants didn't even touch the stuff, at times they will consume the products , other times they will simply ignore the product and walk pass me laughing.So i double checked my order and discovered something i didn't noticed before i started to use the product.in fact when i saw the words "Combat" i didn't dwell on me it was a different product packaging until i noticed that instead of saying "Combat Ant Killing Gel".What it said was "Combat Source Kill Max A2". at first i contacted the seller to see if they had sent me the wrong product.while i was waiting for a response i noticed that the ants were still ignoring the product better yet after examining the area with a magnifying glass i can actually see the ants sitting back in their lounge chairs drinking margaritas.let me get Serious Now & get back to my review.i went one step further and contact the manufacturer of the "Combat source kill max A2" product. I wanted to know if the "Combat Ant Killing Gel" and the "Combat Source Kill Max A2" were 2 different products?Here is what i have discovered, The manufacturer of the "Combat Ant Killing Gel in which is called "Henkel" explain to me that they no longer make the"Combat Ant Killing Gel" and that in fact the product was replaced with a product Now called"Combat Source Kill Max A2".Here in Amazon it is still being advertised as "Combat Ant Killing Gel" all thou some vendors still have a supply in hand other simply are shipping out the new "Combat Source Kill Max A2".inwhich i find the this new product to be useless not as effective as the Old "Combat Ant Killing Gel".If your ordering this product keep in mind that the product with the Barcode "023400 973064" is infact for the product called "Combat Source Kill Max A2"After expressing the non effective use of this product to the manufacturer they informed me that they offer a better and more potent product.They offered me to send me a coupon for me to try out this new product.For those who got the new product instead of the one being advertized as "Combat Ant Killing Gel" you can simply ask for a refund even thou you tried the product.As to the confusion as some people getting the "Combat Ant Killing Gel" and some getting the "Combat Source Kill Max A2" instead. it's the responsibility of the seller to check and make sure that the product they are shipping is the same product being advertized.
