Great for loose tea!
Very happy with this purchase. Now the loose tea is secured in the mesh. The size is just right for what is needed for a good cup of tea. Easy to clean. It hangs on the cup nicely while steeping.

Works fine, not too convenient
Serves the purpose. Not too convenient for daily use for me. I use a regular strainer with deep net to place the tea leaves and pour hot water over it. I place that over the cup a few minutes and just discard the soaked leaves in trash, which is easier to discard and clean. Locking and removing the lock mechanism for this is no big deal but not too easy either.

It holds a good amount of loose tea, very easy to clean. The quality is very good and no rusting or any wear.

For the price I can't be mad, but if you have smaller tea leaves they fall out the side.
