Excellent customer service
After an problem with the receiver, I contacted customer service. Their response was immediate, and they sent a replacement part within a few days. Installed and worked perfectly. Thanks to Susan Guo, Sales manager at Olide, who took care of the issue in a prompt and professional manner.

Excellent device
It's a little bulky but works great. Its very good that they provide both wired and wireless remote controls.

Great for skylights
I ordered two of the SD300 openers for my skylight with two sections that open. The openers are powerful and quiet. I like that the controller allows you to stop the motion at any point.

customer service amazing
We had purchased a restaurant that had an automated door system for a food delivery robot. crazy I know.We had some issues with the door constantly opening and closing. After hours of failing to fix it myself, I googled the company and sent them a "rescue me" email. They quickly responded. After a couple of emails and some pictures being sent back and forth, we discovered the arm/hinge had been damaged. Probably by kids, or stupid people, ripping/yanking/forcing the door closed or open. They obviously can't read the multiple "automatic door" signs and stickers we have up...... a little screw driver work and I adjusted the hinge/arm as they recommended and Presto. Good to go!
