I have been struggling with cystic acne for the last several months for the first time in my life. I believe I’m premenopausal and hormones have been off. I have tried pretty much everything topical to relieve it. Nothing else worked. Every single day a new painful pimple popped up. After taking these for a couple of weeks (3 pills 1x daily) I started seeing results and ever since taking them my skin has cleared.

Best $100 appointment yet! I noticed a significant change after 2-3 weeks of taking it daily. I now have been on it for several months and my skin looks incredible. For the first time in my life, I'm going foundation-free at times. That is something I would have NEVER believed possible just a few months ago!!! I also combined this supplement with Vitanica's Ovablend to help normalize any hormones imbalances. I am so thankful for my new skin and would HIGHLY recommend this product and the Vitanica product-line. There is one pretty and blemish-free face smiling on the other side of this review!

There is a label stuck over the dosage directions so I haven't used the product because I don't know how or when to take.

I was recently diagnosed with acne rosacea. My skin was clear at the time I started taking but broke out after I began taking 3 daily. The breakout wasn't severe and I don't know if this supplement is to blame because so much breaks my skin out. I am going to continue taking it until bottle is empty to give it a chance, see what happens when I stop taking it. I noticed it makes me pee which I think is some of the ingredients helping out my liver which helps out skin. I need to plan for having to pee frequently soon after taking this, I've been caught on busy days having to find public bathrooms to use with my 2 small kids and make the mistake of not keeping up with drinking enough water which had lead to dehydration and constipation.

Skin Assist prevents my skin from drying out. I notice if I skip the supplements for a week, my hands and finger tips are immediately dried out. This product works for me.

This product works so well. For years I battled cystic hormonal acne (severe enough for accutane, but I refused) along my chin and jawline. I tried crazy health diets, tons of topical treatments, hormonal birth control...etc. Nothing worked. Since taking these daily, I rarely break out, and in general I feel physically better. I think this product really balanced my hormones naturally and corrected some nutritional deficiencies. I noticed improvement right away, but the most significant was after about 2 months of consistently taking 3 pills daily. It is worth every cent!

This did not work for my adult acne. I typically use Ovablend by the same company and that seems to do the job. I thought I would try this based on reviews but wish I didn't. Unfortunately I wasted my money.
