Beautiful and Comfy
Had this chair for a few months now and I’d say it’s very comfortable. It’s my office chair and I work remote so I use it almost daily and it still looks brand new. I like the Eames look to it. It’s quite wide for me, meaning it can also accommodate larger people. The chair has very thick but squishy padding and it isn’t ergonomic but I purchased it more for the look, and I like that due to my size (I’m average, 5’7 with short legs) I can sit upright and not rest against the back of it to strengthen my back and core while working, or fully crawl into it. The first time I leaned back I thought I was going to fall backwards, it tilts back very far, keep that in mind if that’s a problem for you.

Worth the Purchase
Easily to assemble and adjust; stylish and comfortable. I was looking to upgrade my desk chair because I mostly work from home and needed something with better lumbar support. I purchased the faux brown leather chair with thick cushion and have been very happy with it so far.I was initially annoyed with how easily the chair tilted; but later realized that the tilt tension just needed to be tightened further. Other than that, the only real "issue" I've noticed is that the chair buttons can sometimes float if you've been sitting for awhile and have been moving around a lot; but this is unique to the thick cushion and isn't really a problem (the button fasteners have to be long to accommodate for the rise/fall of the large seat cushion). All in all, very happy with my purchase and feel that the quality far surpasses the price point.

Crooked headrest
Love the wide seat! Very stylish HOWEVER the head rest is crooked. It’s not user error the holes are about 1/4 off so it looks wonky from the back. It doesn’t affect the comfort though so if that doesn’t bother you get it. I didn’t feel like disassembling the whole thing and going through the hassle of returning it so I just kept it as is.

Super easy assembly, very comfy
Aside from looking great and being very comfortable, this chair had a feature that is very rare with furniture that needs assembly. The instructions were very clear, all parts were well marked, and the actual assembly went very smoothly. Thanks to the engineers who designed this, and whoever designed the assembly instructions!

Get ready for the ultimate let down...
So... I purchased this bad ass chair because I was ready to come into my office, that I sit in every day for about 9 hours feeling like I was Amelia Earhart.. Sitting in my bad ass chair that was going to fly me across my virtual atlantic ocean.I get this thing in, its as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. Sitting in it made me feel like i was in the cockpit... The only difference between me and Amelia was that I was a male, and not a female. That was the only difference. I felt like I was going on my own solo crusade across the vast atlantic ocean of covid work from home.Well... Lets just say that i was more let down about this than I was about the fact that no one treated me like Amelia Earhart...Lets start with first things first.. The break in period is non existent EXCEPT for the arms and the back, which are so broke in after a few months of use, that the back rest bends every time you sit in it. So that you are "kind of" laying back. And when you turn the knob to do the lay down, you are basically at a 90 degree to the floor. The arms never stay tight, so get ready to be slippin of this SOB while on zoom calls...Your back rest metal bends so fast that you will eventually be showing your double chin to all your people on the zoom... And you can't fix it.. You bend it back, it bends right back... Its like my nectar memory foam mattress...So in short. If you want to feel like Amelia Earhart for about 1 day, before you feel like you are laying on a gurney for the rest of your life in. your office, buy this chair. If you want to show the world what your double chin looks like from the worst possible angle, buy this chair. If you want the world to think you are just laying down because you are slob, buy this chair. If you want your wife to leave you because she thinks you just lay in your office all day and don't work... Buy this chair........

Good and bad points
First, the chair was delivered ahead of time. So that's a plus. It was mildly easy to put together. I think their description says it can be put together in 20 minutes. From the time I started to open the box and finished, it more more like an hour. The 5 legs came disassembled, while their video make it appear they come preassembled. Once assembled, the chair looks great. But it's not that comfortable because it's rather high(even in its lowest setting), and I'm 6 ft tall, and the shoulder pad is too low for me. Hits me in the wrong places. The angle adjustment is a little too upright. Maybe after using it for a while, my body will adjust, and it'll be more comfortable. Also the chair rollers don't roll easily over carpet. That's the big drawback to getting an office chair online. You just don't know how it's going to fit.

I'm 6'2" and here's my opinion
- Incredibly comfortable. Feelings like sitting on a couch- Deep seat depth supports under your legs very nicely, almost all the way to my knee.- Lumbar support is good, without pushing too far in.- Arm rests are low, which allows my shoulders to fully relax while still having my elbows supported. This is a HUGE win compared to other chairs, even those with adjustable arm rest heights. That said, make sure your desk is about ~27 inches or lower so that you don't place too much pressure on your wrists leaning against the desk- Reclines really far backOnly negative was that the curvature of the back metal oval that holds up the uppermost backrest was too curved. It felt like I was being pushed over when I sat. I had to jump on it with a piece of plywood on top to flatten it out a bit, but once I did, the chair is a dream.
