Best upgrade to your John Deere tractor!
Well made aftermarket wheels for your big green machine! No more bushings and spindles to wear out as the wheels come with high quality sealed bearings already installed. Installation was a breeze. As I knew my spindles were likely already damaged from the OEM bushings, I ordered a pair of the Caltric Steering spindles specific to my tractor model, and replaced the spindles at the same time. I would recommend that any one deciding to purchase these wheels do the same if the wheels they are replacing did not already have bearings. Bushings are notorious for causing undue wear to spindle shafts, regardless of how much grease you pump into those Zerk fittings, so start out fresh with new bearings and new spindles and you likely never have to replace them again. Despite the bearings being sealed, and not requiring lubrication, I still recommend you pump some initial grease into the installed Zerk fitting on the inside of the wheel to get some lube on the new spindle shaft.Once you have the new wheels on, and properly inflated, you're going to be amazed at how smooth your tractor now rides and turns. It's like getting a free power steering upgrade! The higher inflation value (these should be inflated to 45 psi) coupled with the bearings allows the tractor to roll more freely and actually reduces turf damage to your lawn, especially when turning. Additionally, these are 6 ply tires while the OEM tires were only 2 ply. This will greatly reduce the chance of tire punctures and prevent those slow leaks that always seem to happen between mowings and require dragging out the air compressor before you get started on your yard. While most of us won't need new wheels/tires until we actually NEED new wheels/tires, in hindsight, this is an upgrade that I would recommend being done on a brand new tractor. John Deere, on all but their most expensive tractor lines, now supplies the cheaper 2 ply tires with wheel bushings. Replacing those wheels at the get will reduce your turf damage, reduce your rolling resistance (fuel consumption), ensure your steering spindles last forever, and also likely prevent, or at least greatly reduce the odds of tire punctures. 5 stars for a great aftermarket product.

Accurate description
Very nice set of tires and wheels. Tires are 6 ply, bearings are good, fit good and look good.

Great replacement tires
After an unrepairable tire failure on my John Deere D155, I replaced both front tires with these. I like that they have sealed bearings, come with the rim and are inflated, and they're easy to install. Once you have them on, make sure to adjust the tire pressure to what's recommended in your mower manual. Consider pumping in an off road tire puncture preventer at the same time.

Almost Perfect not 5 Star Yet.
Ordered these Rims and Tires at I think is a decent price for two brand New Tires and Rims. The reason for the 4 Stars is that even though easily changed out when I did them I didn't like that the hub it's self was to short it likes about another 3/8's inch to be tight enough when you re-install the Washer and Snap Ring on these Rims. I didn't have any 1/8 inch thick x 3/4 inch washers to add behind the Snap Ring so the rims would be tighter as the original Rim and Hub in which I looked in my tool boxes didn't have any extras so now I have to go to the hardware store and get some 3/4 inch X 1/8 inch thick washers (You Need at Least 2 each side) to install behind the Snap Ring so there isn't as much slack on the Rim Spindle. If I don't do this the rim is going to continue to slide back and forth on the spindle which will wear the Bearings out eventually. I see grease already seeping out the end around the spindle on the inside of the Rim and out into the yellow cup on the outside of the rim (Not Good) after an hour use of the mower today so got to get some washers. Love the easy to get to and grease fittings on the inside of the rim's back side, very easy and good design. Over all besides the sliding loose fitting of the rim I'm very happy with the Rims and tires and hey they even came a day early so I should give them 4 and a half stars over all. Buy these and you won't be disappointed but know you'll wind up like me and go to the hardware store either before or after receiving the set of tires. 4-1/2 Stars!Need to add that I have the John Deere LX266 42 inch cutting deck mower and today 7/14/21 Ace hardware had the 3/4 I-D washers that were a tad smaller on the O-D that made 2 fit like it should and the yellow grease cap fit right back over all the washers. .59 cent each at Ace.

Fits a Deere D155
Solid tires that fit my Deere. It also comes with a bunch of bushings to fit smaller sized axles. The Deere D155 has the largest axle that this wheel could fit.

Perfect fit for John Deere S130
Fit perfectly on my John Deere S130. These tires are a little taller than the OEM tires but not much.I have only inflated them to 28 PSI so far because I wasn't sure they should be inflated to 45psi as they say on the tire sidewall. The OEM tires said 14 PSI but I read some comments saying these tires can handle the pressure because they are 6 ply. They make the steering soooooooo much easier. It's a huge difference. I'm glad I got these.(update) after having them for a few months I realized that with the higher PSI my mower ride is much more bouncy/bumpy. So I lowered the inflation to 16 psi and it rides like before. The steering is also about as hard as before too.I bought a second set because the price is so much better than the oem tires. Now when I get a flat I can just replace the tire/wheel all at once and then when I have time take the flat one to the tire shop.
