The quality of this product it awesome, I’ve wore my just a few times! It definitely fits like everyone else has stated. I have purchased size 4 XL and it fits just right. I have what you’d call the mommy belly. I even have the tummy issue where the muscles have caused the tent effect. It helps me when getting up off the floor it helps to hold my tummy together! However I have yet to sweat to sweat on my tummy but I’ve gotten a great sweat on my back half where it covers. But then again my body doesn’t sweat like most. I normally have to two t-shits , long sleeve sweatshirt, bike shorts, sweat shorts and finally sweat pants then go jogging for at least 8 miles or do some kind of cardio workout for at least one hour, then I finally get my sweat on!! Ugh.. but if you sweat easily then chances are you’ll be able to put this on and do have house cleaning and still be able sweat decently. It’s really comfortable and at times I forget that I have it on…lol.. but every day’s different and my activity level vary day to day. I plan to buy another one hopefully really soon!!! This item was in the trash 3 minutes after it was opened :( AND i just reordered a LARGER SIZE. Yes i am an idiot who believed the reviews to go with a smaller size. I wear a L in shirts so went with reviews that said how large this runs. Total BS. Got it on after much struggle “hoping” it would stretch. Nope. Had to cut it off and toss it in the trash. My fault for believing others. Will try it in my size as it appeared to be very much a quality-made product. I didnt do stars as i want to be honest.*** UPDATE **** Don't always believe the good reviews, check the dates. Good reviews are older so maybe this product has changed?? Received my 2nd order of a larger size, which still needs to be a larger size in order to not choke my mid-section. Advise: BUY A LARGER SIZE THAN YOU NORMALLY WEAR IN SHIRTS OR ANYTHING ELSE! It is shaped like a funnel. The top that goes over your mid section is very small and VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. The bottom is fine. THERE IS NO STRETCH TO THIS WHATSOEVER. I have used this twice and did not sweat a drop. It definitely holds you in - as in cannot breathe. I have wasted $50 on 2 of these. Will be returning the 2nd one - not sure for which reason 1) WAY too small to be comfortable to workout in or 2) does not make me sweat AT ALL. I really really wanted this to work for me :(

Close but it could be better. Honestly, until today I probably would've rated it 5 stars despite some issues but the inside lining ripped along the seam and that kind of ruined it for me.I believe I can still use it for awhile but I'm not sure for how long, the inside could be stronger and more durable since it helps you sweat!. Thinking of getting another to replace it but it's much pricier than it should be now.As for the positives: it does encourage sweating (but not so much during normal activities, especially if you're mostly at rest), it's better suited for walking, cardio or ab exercises. I've sweated plenty during those workouts while wearing it.As for the other con's: it is a bit difficult to put on (which could explain why it tore today) because if you're hippy (not a bad thing) and/or blessed with a nice size booty, you'll be struggling. That's why I try to take my time when putting it on but I guess it doesn't matter sometimes. I've had it close to two years now. They should make improvements where you can open/close to wrap it on, it'll probably protect the material.

I am 5’6 & 197lbs, I’m 3m postpartum from having a C-section, & mother or 3. I wear a size large but ordered a medium due to a comment suggesting to do so. It is snug & hard to put on at first but I do like the support I get with it being tighter & seemed to loosen after the first wear. I originally ordered this because I was looking for something to make my belly sweat. After completing a 30 minute workout it did produce moisture but I wouldn’t say it produced more than what I normally produce without the product, it’s just more noticeable when removing the trainer because you see the sweat. I was expecting to be dripping sweat but unfortunately I wasn’t. My face was so I know I did an intense enough exercise to produce sweat. When just wearing it around the house to clean I don’t get any moisture at all while wearing this trainer, so it’s more so only beneficial if wearing out while working out. I do like that it is long so it covers my full back & lower stomach (csection shelf), I even have an inch extra of material. The quality is okay, the stitching is already coming loose at the bands that keep the trainer in place, but I can’t expect too quality for such a cheap price. Overall, I’m satisfied, I just wish it made me sweat more. I will continue to use it with workouts & update in 3 months.

With all the good reviews I was happy to buy this,the fact that it was thin I loved,I'm a bigger Lady im trying to loose weight I am a size 18 pants, I don't sweat a lot thats why I wanted this,first thing I have wide hips,I bought a 3x I had a hard time getting in it by stepping in it,it would not go over my head because im heavy chested also,but I wiggled in it by stepping in, it rolled a bit but once I got it over the stomach it was fine,if you put it over your clothes it will roll down but if its in your skin it stays in place,I worked out for one hour no sweat,I even kept it on for half of the day while doing chores still not even extra heat,it feels more like one of those things you wear to hold the tummy in to fit into your little red dress your ,its comfortable,and if you have wide hips its a struggle to get in it I don't think it stretches much,much, you are heavy chested like I am getting it on over your head is a no go,I'll go back to using trash bags lol to make me sweat until I buy something else.
