I love this machine, it works great! This kit comes with everything you need in order to wax whatever body hair is unwanted. The instruction manual is very helpful for beginners who don't know how to use the machine or how to wax properly. The lotions and cleaners came to me just fine the bottles were closed and neatly put into a separate box. to hold them still during shipping. Nothing was broken and everything was in the box that is shown and described in the pictures. The only complaint I have is that I don't really like the Creme Wax, but this is a personal preference and you can purchase different types of waxes elsewhere, I go to Sally's and I get the Honey Wax I feel like it works a lot better and it comes off easier with the strips than the Creme Wax does. Other than that I am very happy with this product and I would definitely recommend it!

Pros: Adjustable temp control is nice - lots of heating options. All the supplies you need are in one box. Virtually pain-free hair removal with smooth results. IF you have lots of experience and REALLY know what you are doing - this is a good kit.Cons: Major learning curve here. The first time I used this, I made a huge mess of my bathroom and got wax everywhere. This wax IS NOT EASY TO REMOVE from surfaces OR your skin. Thankfully the kit included a wax remover lotion but you need a lot of it to get all the wax off things and the lotion itself leaves a greasy residue behind. The second time I was smart enough to lay newspaper under the unit to catch drips and wore gloves to protect my hands. That worked much better but it was still a major mess and the waxing process itself was very time consuming. I also don't feel like the wax spreads very easily or evenly and I ended up getting really frustrated with the whole ordeal.Overall opinion: If you are inexperienced or have trouble reaching any areas you're waxing I really don't recommend attempting it. It's way more trouble and mess than it's worth. The amount of money I'd save doing it at home isn't worth it for how time and labor extensive it is. I'm going back to the salon and letting a professional do it for me.

This is a good item for easy home usage. For females who prefer waxing no need to go to a salon to get the job done. Just stake up on sticks and waxing tape.

Wow, okay, where to start. I had seen a few negative reviews, but not enough to make me decide against this product - I have suffered from polycystic ovarian syndrome since I was a teenager, and as such, have had heavy erratic hair growth that I have found very embarrassing. I had been shaving for the past decade, but decided to try waxing. I went to a professional spa to get it done, but it was fairly costly and time consuming. Still, the results were worthwhile, so I decided to investigate waxing on my own. First I tried a department store wax, by the Bliss company. It worked very well, but had it's ups and downs insofar as cheap utensils and being absolutely impossible to melt. Still, cheaper than the spa, and did the trick. But I thought there had to be something at least a little bit better. So I purchased this with very high hopes.Upon arrival the lid was cracked, which I had seen in a few other reviews, but I thought well.. I can fix that. Get some glue, no big deal. Then as I set about looking for instructions on first time set up, I found there were none. Absolutely no directions as to what to do with everything. They had plenty of directions for how to use the wax, but not how to set it all up. So that was annoying. Eventually I just googled to get video to make sure I was doing it correctly.So following the google directions, and what I pieced together from what was provided, I let the wax warm. I came back to apply it and found it was very sticky - this is obviously normal for wax, but it was almost more like a runny glue than any of the wax I'd used before. I tested it like instructed, seemed to be a proper temperature and applied where I wanted it. When I said it was runny that was no joke, as it dripped unceremoniously down my shirt. Thankfully I had anticipated a probable mishap and put on a night gown, but still, seemed a little eh. Actual application seemed standard, as did applying the strip. Now... pulling it off? Oh my god. It hurt so much. And this is not coming from someone who is unfamiliar with the waxing sensation, I've been doing this for some time now. This was the most painful removal I've ever felt, and on top of that, it hardly pulled up any wax or any hair. I had to keep using strip after strip on ONE location to get the wax off. I kept going, for some absurd reason only to get more of the same, and ended up with patchy hair removal and completely covered in wax with no simple way of removing. I had to use product left over from my past waxing to get the rest of the wax off without hurting myself. I have bruising and discoloration left to show for this attempt, with very little actual hair removal.I'll be returning this product - I'm happy it seems to be working for others but I'm not sure what I could possibly have done wrong to have gotten this bad of a result.

Finally found time to open up my waxing kit. Good thing i did, i put it aside and forgot i ordered it. Shipping box was intact and delivered properly. But when i opened the box with kit a few items were missing and found that the brown cover was cracked almost in half. Items missing: can of wax, applicator sticks, some strips and a couple of bottles of the lotions. It doesn't look like this item was used at all, maybe just a packing mistake? I can't really say how good the product is because i didn't get to use it yet.
