These brackets easily installed two studs in my home. My microwave fit perfectly and is incredibly securely mounted to the wall freeing up gobs of counter space. As long as these are attached to a stud, 16 inches apart, these are a perfect solution.

This was a mistake to buy in my opinion. The set up was easy but almost every edge of this thing is sharp so I was constantly worried about cutting myself. The material just feels cheap and even though I have my microwave on it I will probably take it down because it doesn’t the arms the microwave sits on doesn’t set very well on my microwave even though it’s suppose to be universal. Also, the arms aren’t at a 90 degree angle so the microwave has a slight dip so if my microwave busts I will be very mad I bought this. Overall I’m very disappointed and should have listened to the bad reviews. Oh forgot to add in the beginning but no directions were given and even though it’s fairly straightforward I would have liked to see something in there.

The unit in stainless steel looks really good when installed.But let's get to the basics.1. The instructions are in Chinese. ONLY IN CHINESE. There are pictographs but they are of little help.2. The edges on the sliding tracks are very sharp. I split open my thumb when trying to slide the units apart.3. The anchors supplied did not work. They spun around in the wall and offered no security.4. There were no hints on how to measure the microwave you are shelving, namely how to align the arms with the raised parts of the microwave that was to fit on the shelves.5. What were you supposed to do with the plastic pats (4) enclosed. Realized that two were endcaps and the other two floated to where the back legs of the microwave are. A little help here please for the non "This Old House" crowd.

No instructions. Make sure you put the towel hooks on before you screw it into the wall. They sent me concrete wall hooks. Wtf.Has to go but the correct way mount at my local hardware.
