Q: what 7 apps are unlimited? hot spot capable? is there a map showing amount of reception to different towns?

The apps that I use in Israel are Gett Taxi, Waze, Rav Kav (Bus and Train app), Moovit (a transportation app) Podcast App. It is hot spot capable (you have unlimited data). I did not have a map showing the amount of reception in different towns but I had good reception all over Jerusalem and the Wes Bank.

YES, it worked amazing all throughout Israel. Just got back 2 weeks ago. Well worth the money. I just put the Sim card in while I was flying over and when we landed, I had internet & phone service everywhere.

as long as this phone is unlocked and 4G, you are good. the sim cards comes in 3 sizes where you basically need to pick the size that you need and break it out of the card that comes with it.
