Good looking with good sound
I had a LONG serving set of Advent outdoor speakers that needed to be replaced. Decided on these as I love ALL Yamaha products and the white color would better match my house trim than the black Advents. These units are little smaller than my old Advents, but they sound SO MUCH better! And look SO MUCH better!

Happy I found these.
Nice sound - easy to mount. Box recommends these be wall mounted - buy my speaker wires exited the porch ceiling so I mounted on the ceiling. Couple of stout screws should prevent any mishaps. Since they're outside and I have neighbors, I haven't cranked them up - but at the volume I did test they sounded great.

Great sound
I have installed these speakers in my backyard. They sound perfect. They have all the high, mid and low range that you would expect from these speakers. I would buy them again

Yamaha audio FTW!!
Had some Herdio's and swapped them for these and these are fantastic. Sound perfect, nice bass. Smaller than the others, and better mounting too.

Great sound for the price
You get what you pay for, 100% of the time. This price point is not going to get you Klipsch quality, but they work great for our downstairs patio.These speakers are compact, easy to mount and can be heard across our back yard (80ft). However, for the advertised wattage, they are not as loud as I was expecting them to be.

Good sound for the price.
Used these for an outdoor patio area, under a roof. Paired to a Yamaha WXA 50 amplifier (for TV and Bluetooth streaming). Sound quality is very good for mid and high range, but the speakers do lack depth and bass. Added a small subwoofer which made a huge difference if you’re looking for more of a home theatre experience. Nice quality, hefty build, typical of what you’d expect from Yamaha. Can’t go wrong for the price if you’re looking for durable, decent sounding outdoor rated speakers.

Good enough quality
I didn’t mean they aren’t very good, but a great outdoor speaker located at outdoor kitchen. I have speakers throughout our home and the weakest area was the kitchen. Not anymore! Good value !
