Fabulous!
I hate cleaning windows. Then I bought this little beauty after seeing someone using one in a cafe. It is truly a game-changer for me, my windows are sparkling clean in no time, it's brilliant in the bathroom, on glass tops, mirrors etc. condensation on the windows in the morning is quickly vacuumed away, I absolutely love this amazing invention! The battery life is good and it recharges really quickly. It's also not heavy either which is a bonus. I later bought the small head which is good for smaller windows. It is very easy to change from the small head to the big one. Highly recommended!

Works efficiently and effectively
Charges easily via USB / USB 3 pin adapter plug and so far the battery run time is excellent. Gets me through 3-4 days of windows and shower cleaning. Suction is good and works when inverted too which is great. The unit is very well made (it's a Bosch after all) and the integral tank design is good and is easy to empty and so far no signs of any leaks, especially when inverted, which is a real bonus. The only slight thing is that I wish they also had a smaller head attachment. For most of my windows and shower the standard head is fine, for two small window tops I have I have to develop a twisting technique for most effective use, it's not a real problem but providing a smaller head adapter (even as an extra option) would be a nice touch.I've mostly been using it to collect condensation off of my windows and tiles and clean my shower. It's been very good for that. The cleaning attachment for cleaning your windows is good too, combined with the spray bottle to mix your own solution in, it makes things easy.Charging and run time are good, mine seems to last a few days, typically cleaning 4 windows and a shower for a few minutes each every day, I can get 4 days use off of a simple charge. I guess over time this might reduce due to the battery degradation, but it's a modern cell and holds it's charge well. This is a very good unit, if you want to clean windows/showers and collect condensation I think you'll be pleased at this price.

In the short term, overall quite good, but could so easily be better.
Good quality materials, not excessively noisy and it vacuums moisture quite well. The end result is better and MUCH faster than I would achieve without it. But it is not as good as a professional operative using a squeegee and leather. NOTHING can equal an expert at this job.The battery was at least partly charged on receipt and, as per instructions, I fully charged it before first use. I have not yet used it enough to assess the battery run-time, but have cleaned eight large windows to date and recharge not yet neededThe spray attachment is oddly shaped, small capacity and mine is spluttery. Not as effective a sprayer as off the shelf sprayers. The vacuum handle is at a slightly awkward angle, making the unit’s use less comfortable than it would be with some form of flexible or swivelling and lockable ball joint. The rubber waste water drain plug is a little awkward to remove and re-plug. Its durability remains an unknown. The ability to recharge from almost any standard USB equipped recharger is very useful. However . . . it is incomprehensible to the point of stupidity as to why a tiny and delicate USB micro socket is used in the body of the vacuum unit when there is so obviously ample space for a standard, and MUCH sturdier USB type A socket which would additionally enable either end of the cable to be used in either socket. The USB cable supplied for charging has no symbols printed on either of its USB plugs which would greatly assist in easy and accurate identification as to which way up the plugs must be when inserting into their respective sockets. This is not only thoughtless and inconvenient but can far too easily result in damage to the delicate micro USB plug and/or socket. It is unfortunate that there is, so far, no extension kit to manage upstairs windows without a long ladder. This does reduce the unit's usefulness and overall value..Despite the multiple minor criticisms, all of which are justified but could easily be eliminated by considered re-design on Bosch’s part, this is still a worthwhile piece of equipment. But it is not quite as good as it could and should be, so only four stars.
