Would definitely recommend!
Just ordered my second batch. Been using this for the past three months to help with my PCOS. I also modified my lifestyle (diet, exercise) and felt great, notable reduced sugar cravings. Regular period and reduced cramps. My skin cleared up a little (still not great). Tabs are easy to swallow. Its 3 tabs per day, so one bottle lasts one month. Price is great.

Really effective!
I was looking for something to help with my symptoms of PCOS, in particular problems with strong food cravings and emotional dysregulation. After looking through a lot of scientific literature I decided to try this supplement. I wasn’t expecting much but kept an open mind, and after taking it for a couple of weeks I am very pleased to say that there has been a noticeable difference: I feel so much calmer and in control. Nothing I have tried before has worked so well. Amazing! So worth the price
I purchased these as I have pcos and I’ve heard they help to regulate women’s cycles, within a few weeks of taking these I could see a huge difference in my energy levels and I also found that I wasn’t craving as much sweet things as I have a really bad sweet tooth! Whilst taking these I’ve had my period on time every month too! I would highly recommend these and they’re so inexpensive too.

Side effects
Although no problems with swallowing the pills or with the item itself, I had horrendous side effects of nausea and migraines, which started with me taking the pills for the first time and stopped with me stopping taking them. just something to bear in mind!!
