Made the car like new
I bought this kit and a small biz local mechanic did the installation for me. The car feels like new again! The kit came with everything he needed for the installation. I love driving my 2004 Vic again! Highly Recommended!

Mounting studs
The upper three mounting studs were bent inward on both front struts preventing easy installation, had to straighten studs enough to properly complete installation, usually their products in past purchases have been without issues.

Great Fit
& Ordering auto parts, such as these, was stressful because I wasn't sure the correct size would be shipped. Once they remove these old parts from the vehicle, there' no going back, so I am so glad that they were correct. They were correct, as I stated, & brand new, packed appropriately. Very fast shipping, considering the pandemic. Because my car had these still original parts installed, my suspension was approx. 0%, I can totally see the improvement. So, these parts are functioning properly after today's install. Pricing was good, as I shopped around before purchasing them. I'll have to see how long they last, but so far I'm pleased.

Only expect what you pay for.
The ride quality is definitely better than old worn out oem parts. But don't expect the best handling characteristics.

Quick customer service and resolution
I ordered this shock and strut kit for my car and the shocks did not arrive in the initial package. Contacting support was a bit challenging as amazon kept giving errors but once I was in contact with support and provided proof of my order, they had the struts in pretty quick. I will say the nuts on the sway bar links even though they are nylon and flanged have come loose a couple of times, requiring me to disassemble the tire and brakes to get to the nuts and apply a thread locker. Parts seem to be working well so far and now my car runs pretty smooth. Overall I would order from them again, but I would be mindful to ensure all parts are in the box before you start disassembling the vehicle!
