Foot Pain Relief Tape – Surprisingly Effective and Easy to UseI was skeptical at first, but this foot pain relief tape has made a noticeable difference. I’ve been dealing with plantar fasciitis and general heel discomfort, and using this tape provided almost immediate support and relief. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, even for a beginner. Once applied, the tape stays in place all day without peeling or bunching, even through workouts or long walks. It’s flexible, breathable, and doesn’t irritate my skin. The added support really helps reduce strain on my arches and heels, making everyday movement much more comfortable. If you're dealing with foot pain and want a non-invasive, affordable solution, this tape is absolutely worth trying.

This tape works
I've been dealing with foot pain for almost a year now. I've tried all the conventional treatments and nothing helped and some even made it much, much worse. This tape works. It's a zinc oxide non stretch tape, so if you've tried KT stretchy tape and it didn't help, this stuff is different! Like others have mentioned it won't cure plantar fasciitis but it will relieve the pain and inflammation to let it heal while you work on strengthening to address the root cause. My helpful hints: I trim the top off of the piece that goes on the bottom of your foot at a slight angle because I find it likes to try to peel up at the edge by my pinky toe and that prevents that. I personally wear it for 2-3 days at a time to save money. I'll put it on directly after a shower after my feet have dried out enough and then on the evening of my 2nd day I'll usually take it off before bed to let my feet breathe. Then shower in the morning and repeat application until I don't have pain in the morning anymore. I also had problems with getting blisters just on the very top of my foot where the tape crosses. I had bought some underwrap and put a square under that spot and that did fix it but I also found that if I simply fold under about 1/4 inch along the edge where it wraps around the top part of my foot so that the very edge that's closest to my leg isn't stuck down on the top of my foot then I no longer have problems with it tugging the skin there.I don't generally have too many issues with the tape peeling up but sometimes it does if I have to make an adjustment and that's where I find it helpful to have a roll of KT or zinc oxide tape on hand and just cut a little patch and slap it over the part that's peeling up and it'll hold it in place. If I was inclined I could just cut some off my roll into the same shape and size and it would do the same thing as these, but I find the pre cut strips to be handy and quick and less likely to fray.

Good but allergic to glue
Tape really does help, but after two weeks I have a terrible rash and blisters from the glu (I do have sensitive skin). But it helped my foot so much I'm gonna let the rash heal and start using the tape again.

Miraculous!
For me, this tape was nothing short of miraculous. I had suffered from intense heel pain for 8 months from plantar fasciitis. I did everything- stretches, massage, ice, night brace, orthotics, etc. Then I saw this tape and decided to try it. I put it on exactly as the instructions said, and took my first pain-free steps in months! I don’t really know how it works- “provides support and improves blood flow”- but I don’t actually care- it really works! I wore it 24/7 for 7 days, replacing it every morning, and putting it on with my toes pointed slightly downwards for more intensity. Now I’m pain free. I’m going to keep it onhand at all times in case my heel starts to hurt again, or if I go hiking or know I’ll be walking more than normal. Do yourself a favor and try it!Later edit- while this amazing tape relieves pain, it does not cure plantar fasciitis. in order to cure it, we still have to do all the things that the doctors tell us - the appropriate stretches, rolling the foot on a massage ball, ice, night sock or night splint. The problem is, when you are wearing the tape, you can’t do those things. So here is what I did: I applied the tape first thing in the morning after my shower. I wore it all day long every day while working, because I had to walk a lot. In the evening, I removed the tape, did all the massage techniques, rolling the foot on the ball, icing, etc. that I was instructed to do. At night I wore the plantar fasciitis night sock. Upon awakening in the morning, before getting out of bed, I massaged the facia, did the stretches, then put on slippers before taking the first step, so I was not in pain. I figure that pain means irritating the foot, so the less I did to make my foot hurt, the less inflamed I would be.I’ve been wearing this tape in the winter time with socks, so I don’t know yet how well it will do in the summer with sandals. Some people expressed concerns about the edges curling, and so far the only edge that has curled for me has been the very front edge behind the toes. With sandals I might just put a Band-Aid on that area to reinforce it. anyway, this tape makes all the difference for me!

DISAPPOINTED-Cheap tape with NO stretch
I have Plantar Fascitias and have been using Kinesiology Tape for many years now on and off. Upon opening this tape, I found that there is no stretch with application and is NOT waterproof. The Kinesiology Tape I normally use has a great deal of elastic for applying my target zone of my arch with the amount it needs for better support, it waterproof and can be worn more than 24 hours (this cannot). I thought I had taken this out of my cart before placing my order, but I did not, my mistake. This item CANNOT BE RETURNED, hence I will be throwing it away. Good luck all!

Good but some defects
These strips are usually great for using on my feet to prevent plantar fasciitis from flaring up when I do any type of cardio exercises. However, about a third of the last two packs I ordered were defective as they had no “sticking tape” capability. For the price of only seven strips per pack this is very disappointing. My suggestion is to do some random testing on your product to be sure it actually works as it’s supposed to.
