The Very Hungry Caterpillar is such a timeless treasure. I got this book for my little one, and it’s quickly become a bedtime favorite. The illustrations are bright and beautiful, and the story is simple yet so engaging. It’s the perfect mix of fun and educational—teaching days of the week, numbers, and even a bit about the life cycle of a butterfly. The interactive pages with the little holes keep kids curious and entertained, and the message of growth and transformation is so sweet. I had this book as a child, and now sharing it with my own child has been such a special experience. If you’re building a library for your baby, toddler, or gifting a book to a new parent—this is a must-have.

An old favourite, though I don't actually read the text to my 6yo EFL classes. Instead I combine phrases they HAVE learned to tell the same story.This copy was effectively new.

Who doesn't know and love this book? This was my wife's favorite book as a kid so of course she wanted it for our son. Someone got one for us for her baby shower and now that little man is a little older, he spilled on it, causing the pages to stick together. Amazon to the rescue! We ordered him a new one and everyone is happy again. The board books are great for our son, even at almost 2, because he's still a bit rough on pages when it comes to books.

This book is one of my favorites and would definitely recommend getting it for smaller children. It has educational factors and is just a great book in general.
