Absonutrix L-Serine Complex got this to try it out and see if it would help with my sleep. I usually only get a few hours a day of sleep and when I go to bed my freaking mind just won't stop thinking, it's has been driving me crazy here lately. So I have done some of my own research and thought I'd give this a wack and see if it would help with my sleep.But I have been taking a whole dropper full every night before bed. Kinda of weird to hold it in your mouth for a few seconds before swallowing it. It does seem to help my mind to calm down some and have been able to go to sleep faster. So I would say it's a win so far and once I get through this bottle I will make up my mind if I will continue with this or not, don't know if I will become to where I need it to fall asleep or not. That's something I don't really want.But worth a shot if you're having sleep issues and hopefully this will help you out. I mean for the price it's worth it for a good-nights sleep, right???

The one-two punch of peppermint and stevia flavors made this taste like medicated mouthwash, and the effects were negligible on me (other than causing me to occasionally gag). On the other hand, it's also really expensive for the size of the bottle. Would not recommend.

I primarily wanted to try this supplement to help me stay asleep through the night. I have taken it 4 nights in a row whilst ensuring not to take anything else I order to test the efficacy. 2 red f rye nights I was dog tired so I’m not sure if I slept well next of that or the L-Serine. I am sleeping better, however, I’ll do feel a little off in the mornings when I wake. I’ll have to report more as I continue to try this.The taste is slightly medicinal but not off putting, very faint. Instructions say to take 17 drops which measures to be knots 1/4 teaspoon.

It may enhance the activity of brown fat and reduce weight re-gain .Serine is considered to be anti-aging in that it improves glutathione and increases AMPK .
