Battery health
Physical appearance is perfect and the phone operates wonderfully. The only reason I marked down is the battery Health is lower than what they claimed it would be.

Bad Battery & Pay For Return Shipment
Phone arrived with a battery that would die showing 65%-80% still left on it. Could not do a battery health check because it was not an Apple battery and it didn't work with the system. Now I have to pay for the postage to return a defective phone.

Battery shot
Received the iPhone XS and it works perfectly and looks great however the battery life is 78% and it won’t hold a charge more than 4 hours of use. It has to be replaced which is a additional $40 to $50 for a DIY aftermarket battery. Seller said the battery will be at least 80% when I received it but I doubt 2% would have made any difference.Be ready to get a new battery when buying a 4-5 year old preowned iPhone. This is the second pre-owned iPhone XS I’ve bought this month with the same problem. First one was returned because of a bad battery (75%) along with some other problem but with another seller not with Amazon.
