It came wrapped very well but I think we lost one 🥲
This order arrived so quick I didn’t have time to even order the incubator. One arrived cracked and when I held it up to the light I saw nothing inside. Idk whether to attempt hatching or just open it up and see what is inside

A Waste.
When it arrived, 2/12 were cracked with the yolk everywhere in the container. I am a longtime pro of hatching eggs, and so I candled the remaining ones to check for cracks before putting them in the 'bator: only to discover hairline cracks in two more of the ten remaining. I still went ahead and incubated the eight remaining ones, and though the temperature/humidity was perfect the entire time, at twelve days only four eggs had developed at all. Of those, only three hatched. It was a complete waste of money and I'm beyond frustrated.

Hit or miss
The media could not be loaded. Although the eggs arrived well packaged, one was broken on delivery. After setting the eggs and incubating them in my auto incubator, only two hatched 18 days on the dot. Of the two that hatched they’re great birds, no leg issues, and very active. If I ordered again I’d consider ordering 2 dozen to get an adequate amount of hatching, but it’s a dice roll.

Highly recommend- great quality and customer support
The media could not be loaded. We received 12 eggs and 10 hatched successfully! Christian was incredibly kind, patient, very responsive and thorough in answering our questions and guiding us through the process. He’s truly a subject matter expert - Highly recommend!

It probably depends on seller
The quality of this item probably depends on seller and is likely not very consistent. I bought from ladonnaM, who shipped 16 eggs. I tossed 4 of them that were clearly cracked, so that left 12. Most of the 12 had hairline cracks, and all had detached air cells. I guess fixing the cracked ones with nail polish like what some people say might be a viable thing to do next time (to avoid the egg from drying out too fast).Out of the 12, I had 3 hatching on days 17, 18, and 19. I dropped 1 egg on day 7.In the end, I had 3 chicks. Upon inspection, for the rest of the eggs, the one I dropped was viable and pretty developed before it died. There are another two that had some development. But the rest 6 had no development at all - indicating that they were not viable. So only 50% of the eggs were viable. Of the viable ones, I am getting a 66% success rate (50% because of the accidental drop...). So I guess things are pretty normal if not for half of the eggs not being viable to start with. But then, this is my first time and 3 quails are enough to keep me busy. So I am not unhappy about it. With that said, I might try eBay next time though. They seem to sell a larger volume of these and have a larger selection, with more reviews and therefore likely more responsible sellers.

Great
Had 7 of the 12 hatch. One did arrive cracked and other 5 were not fertilized at all. Other than that great experience. Beautiful variety of colors.
