I love the fact that this item is exactly what it says it is and performs exactly as it should. It is stable, very sharp looking, sleek, and discreet. Easy to move but not easy to knock over. Fits my iphone10max inside it’s large phone case that has a credit card holder on the back and a metal finger loop on the back. Still fits snuggly. Nice loop handles on either end of the mechanism that holds the phone, you use both hands to pull them apart and wedge your phone in, then release the loops and it holds your phone really well with the tension. The phone can go in sideways or up and down and the stalk head rotates in all directions so that you can point it at anything and it stays where you point it.The actual stand pole can be pulled up and does not fall back down, and reaches a fully extended height of 14 inches, not including the base. I use this for FaceTiming, for including people who are on the phone in zoom video calls, and for holding the phone while watching a lengthy explanation or demonstration video to fix things in my house or learn a new skill. How did i go so long without it? There is an opening on either end under the holding braces that allows your phone to charge while it is in the holder so you never have to worry about running out of battery during a video. Definitely the best purchase of the year because the price is not unreasonable and it frees your hands, and for once something actually doesn’t look like it will break in a month. I got the silvery color and it’s discreet and modern looking. It performs really well and I am happy. (Arrived packaged very well and the only assembly is a small screw in the base to attach the pole.)

SUMMARYThis is the perfect stand for your phone or tablet. I use it for both, but these pics are my iPad Air2 in the case! The stand is super sturdy & you can tilt it up or down, rotate your device 360 degrees (for portrait or landscape viewing) & it telescopes up & down to change the height. The construction is solid with metal & reinforced plastic and a weighted base, so there is absolutely no tipping over. It is extremely secure.WHAT SIZE CASE FITS?I bought a new iPad case to make it fit in the stand, because my old one had a cover that was too thick to fit. My case is approximately 3/4 of an inch thick. I doubt the clamps will securely hold anything thicker than that.HOW TO ADJUST & WILL CLAMPS DAMAGE MY DEVICE?Sitting at the table, the lowest height is perfect, though I am 6 ft tall. Just pull up on the top of the pole to raise the height. It’s sturdy enough for typing & though I‘m super cautious with my iPad, I felt comfortable enough to carry the stand with my iPad still in it & it holds securely (though I don’t recommend doing that!)The clamps are rubber so no damage, but they grip tightly. If you look closely at the pic of the back, you’ll see the orange rope handles that you pull to “open the clamps” so you can clip in your device.OVERALLI searched for almost a year for a good stand & this was well worth the wait. Both my teenagers use it for online school, along with their phones & laptops. They say it gives them the perfect setup for using multiple devices. I also use mine for work the same way for a less cluttered space. Would buy again in a heartbeat!

As soon as I saw this tablet/phone holder in person at my daughter in laws place, I knew I was getting me one. It’s so durable and sturdy. It’s a space saver. You can adjust the way your device sits in there by just twisting it. Its weight is not going to get knocked over by anyone or anything. Its large round flat base sits securely on any table or surface. The height is Perfect and again you can tilt the device to adjust your need. My iPad never gets taken out of this stand. I have purchased a total of 9 (non) others as gifts for my family members and my friends. They ALL LOVE it as much as I do. It is worth the money. You’ve heard the saying “they don’t make things the way they used to…to last?” Well you won’t wear this one to the ground. It’s made to last.

Of all the portable stands I have used, this one is the sturdiest, most eye-pleasing, easy to set up (1-screw is needed, the hex key is included) and best for Facetime calls, use in the kitchen for recipes, setting up next to your computer so your phone is handy, etc. I have had to buy (2) for our household because we're always fighting over it, especially during COVID-19 when we are all required to be on Zoom calls on multiple devices throughout the day. The bottom is weighted, and solid. The material is metal and doesn't feel cheap in any way. The mechanism to hold the device is easy to spring open and holds firmly. The device can be tilted up, down or around and if you need it taller - put it on a table or stool! I was debating a taller stand because I also wanted to use it for music lessons but this size works perfectly well on a stool. The ONLY issue I have had is when I have wanted to flip the camera - the device holder blocks the camera on the back of the device. But honestly, this is not a huge issue and if I need to I can turn the device around. LOVE THIS STAND. I also loved it so much I purchased one for my friend as a thank you and she uses it ALL the time in addition to another taller stand she has in her bedroom for watching movies.

The media could not be loaded. Very sturdy, the size is honestly a nice size especially for my bedside so I can use it to read my kindle! I feel like the price is very affordable and friendly for those of us on a budget and want something straight to the point. Easy to assemble, little to no work really. The only complaint I have is the side adjusters because you have to pull it from both sides and then trying to adjust my kindle or take it off the stand while doing that is difficult.

This is a great purchase. It’s much sturdier than I expected, with a heavy base. I use it to hold my iPad while I do Pilates using an app on the iPad. Sleek appearance. Easy to assemble - however be sure to read all of the directions…I had trouble because I skipped the first step. The screw that attaches the pole to the base is in the bottom of the pole, so you need to remove it before you try to assemble. Highly recommend this item.
