Wish I had this YEARS ago!
Great addition to my “utensil drawer”. Previously had a corer/slicer utensil. We didn’t get along. This is perfect for removing the core and slicing wedges to the desired size or stuffing for baked apples. Made well, very sturdy, easy to use and clean. Be sure to use it with apple on cutting board, a towel, etc., to keep from sliding and protect surface. Really like it and would recommend.

Easy peasy use
Sturdy and not fancy, but it does the job. Easy to use and, yes, it does require some force with bigger fruits. Ends are quite sharp (and they should be) so be careful with handling/use. Can be used in either hand. Just make sure you use this on a solid flat surface. If you’re using for a few fruits, this is awesome and cleaning is easy peasy. Love it!!!

Best $10 I've spent in a while!
Game changer. Never again will I cut up a pineapple with a knife. This took all of 90 seconds to core and slice an entire pineapple. Very little force required, simple to use, and works beautifully. It gave me perfect slices with virtually no eyes left on them and it popped out of the 'shell' effortlessly. Excellent item and I am pumped at the prospect of enjoying even more pineapple in my life now.

Best corer ever!!!
Easy and comfortable to use. It was a pain in the neck to take the core out of my old corer so I'm in love with this one!

Apple-licious Tool That Will Have You Coring Like a Pro!
I bought the Zulay Kitchen Premium Apple Corer, and let me tell you—it’s not just an apple corer. Oh no, my friends, this is an experience. It's like if a surgeon, a ninja, and a fruit enthusiast had a baby, and that baby decided to make apple coring its life's work. I’m now ready to core apples with the precision of a brain surgeon and the speed of someone who’s just been told their pizza is ready. The Pros:Ultra Sharp, Just Like My Wit – This corer is so sharp, I’m honestly considering getting a second one just to have in case it ever becomes too powerful and tries to core the entire kitchen. I inserted this thing into my apple like I was preparing for a TED Talk on precision, and boom—perfect core, no fuss. It slices through apples like they’re made of butter. Apples, beware.Ergonomically Designed – The handle is so comfortable, it’s like Zulay said, “Let’s make coring apples feel like a luxury spa treatment.” It fits perfectly in my hand, and I felt like I could core apples all day. I didn’t, because I have other responsibilities, but I definitely could’ve. Also, if you have small hands (like me), this is a game changer. It’s like the Apple Corer was made for people who need comfort while making a healthy snack… or planning a fruit-based rebellion.Stainless Steel That Won’t Rust (or Ruin Your Life) – This thing is shiny, durable, and looks like it could survive an apocalypse and still core apples at the end of it. No rust, no nonsense. Just a trusty, high-quality tool that makes you wonder how you ever lived without it. It’s like the Swiss Army knife of apple corers—except it only cores apples, but it does it really well.No More Messy Apple Cores Everywhere – If you’ve ever tried to remove an apple core with a dull knife and then spent 10 minutes cleaning up the sad, squished remnants, you’ll appreciate this tool. It pulls out the core in one clean motion and leaves your apple looking like it came from an orchard made of dreams and hygiene. The Cons:Might Make You Want to Core Everything – I’ve started looking at pears, peaches, and even tomatoes like, “Could I… core that too?” I mean, technically, I could, but should I? Probably not. This corer is so good that I’ve been tempted to core things that aren’t even apples. It’s a slippery slope. You Might Become an Apple Core Snob – If you core apples with anything less than this tool, you’ll feel like a peasant in the royal court of fruit preparation. No more struggling with knives that don’t get all the core out. Once you go Zulay, you don’t go back. Conclusion:The Zulay Kitchen Premium Apple Corer is everything you never knew you needed and more. It’s sharp, sturdy, and feels like it could win an Olympic gold medal in the sport of “Core Slicing.” Whether you’re making apple pie, snacking on an apple for lunch, or preparing for a fruit-based culinary competition, this tool will elevate your game to a whole new level. So, if you want to feel like a kitchen wizard who can now magically remove apple cores without breaking a sweat, do yourself a favor and buy this. Your apples (and your dignity) will thank you.

Seems sturdy enough.
It works better than advertised. You see the video where they seem to have a bit of trouble getting the core out of it. Well, I have far less trouble ejecting the core than they do.And they are right... just a little twist makes coring even hard apples a very easy job. I think the hardest part is guessing exactly where the center of the core is, and lining the tool up along that line.Cleanup is a breeze, either by hand or in a dishwasher. I'd recommend the top instead of the bottom rack. It doesn't need such power to clean it.I've cored three different types of apple with it, and it seems to work well with both soft and hard apples. This is a rare 10/10 would recommend - especially at this price.

Much better than the one I had!
It is very unusual for a new item to be better than an old one, but this is the exception! I have used one of these pineapple corers for 20 years and they work great. My older one (not this brand) finally bent beyond use so I needed a replacement. This one is much better made. It has thicker steel, is very sharp and easy to use. I don't think I will need to replace this one ever again. Highly recommend.
