Great boxes to start fly fishing with.

The flies are skillfully tied. They come in a nice plastic storage box. I like how they included the identification for all the flies as well as what size hooks they are. If you are new to fly fishing and are a little intimidated about where to start. This is a great kit to begin with. Also if you just don’t have the time to sit around and tie flies all day. This kit will definitely hold you over for a while.

Great fly collection for a beginner. I don’t know how someone with more experience would think. I haven’t used all of the flies, but have enjoyed the ones I have used

y'know, I got tired of buying individual flies from my local fly shop, because 20 dollars for like 5 flies kinda sucks, doesnt it? I know that as fly anglers, we like to think fly fishing is such an exclusive sport, and that if your total gear doesnt add up to $10,000 then what are you even doing fly fishing? WELL BOY I TELL YA WHHHHHAT. the flies are quality. I was a little apprehensive, buying a set of flies like this. but after a close inspection, they seem to be tied properly and with care. 4 stars ONLY because i havent had the opportunity yet to cast them with the skill and poise of an elderly woman trying to bat away a gnat with a broomstick, and we'll see if they fall apart, which im doubtful they will. good flies. stop buying flies from a fly shop. buy these. do it. stop reading. buy them. right now. click the "buy now" button. dont let your wife catch you. stop reading, go. go, my son, consume and fish.

Good quality

The assortment of flies are spot on. No cheap foreign made crap here, the flies are all high quality. The main reason to support Ventures though is that they will do everything they can to help you as a fly fisherman. Their vast library of instructional videos on Youtube are so informative and parts are lighthearted and comical. Too many fly fishermen are snooty and it’s refreshing to find instructors that are willing to share their expertise to make YOU better and also make you chuckle. I want to go fishing with these dudes! Or have a beer and a cigar and use our daily allotment of cuss words! Keep up the great work boys, you have a customer for life…

I am decently new to fly fishing and was trying to find a good set of flies to get and it is hard to find a tackle box with this much variety and high quality flys. It has everything I need when fly fishing as in flys and I would highly recommend. Also the cheat sheet for knowing what flys represent which aquatic bugs really helps learn what the fish may be eating and help you catch more fish.

Originaly I had an issue but I'll say this the customer support is A1 they did everything in there power to correct the problem. Plus they went the extra mile and sent me a few extras. I'll for sure buy from them again. And I would recomend them to anyone I know.Had chance to get out and do a little fishing with the Flys two nice trout.Thanks AlexRobThe product looks nice it came packaged nicely but the ID cards that came with each box of fly’s was the same card. It packages came with a nice thank you letter from Andrew saying that if you had any concerns to email him and he would respond to you quickly. I did that and I haven’t heard from him and that’s been weeks ago. I'd return it but I took it for granted that this would be resolved, and I didn’t keep the packaging. My loss but be assured this another poor example of be prepared for what you get.
