It works to tame your racing mind!
The media could not be loaded. I gave you a video review, so that you can hear and watch me.The essential points?- works with ADD to tame your mind- works after 3 it 4pm when you don't want to take caffeine anymore and still be on top of your tasks, studies, and secondary work- takes care of the end of afternoon depression when it's because of the fatigue or because of the crash of the caffeine, not clinical depression- great value for money!- fully worth it- of course, be careful with interactions with other products, as some people noticed some undesirable effects with grapeseed oil- I already recommended to quite a few people who purchased it and are happy with it- the weirdest thing is when you stop using them, and suddenly you're all over the place again, with racing thoughts, and oh boy when it turns negative, it goes immediately into momentary depression... and 2 weeks later, when my husband asks me if I'm still taking this supplement and I said no: boy! I ordered them back right away! Please, NOW group, find a way to always have supply for these products: they are life saving, and keep them at a low price so thar we can all have access to them.May I order 8 bottles at once to make sure to have 1 year of supply? Will it stay as efficient until the "best by date"? My bottle says best by 8/2025, which is 21 more months from now. Does that mean they have 2 years of shelf life from the beginning?Yeah... 16 bottles at once and I have 2 years of supply, to never run out!Though I'm afraid that if we all do that, you'll see a slop in sales, so probably better to order every 4 to 6 weeks when the bottle runs out.

Works for those with dopamine reuptake issues, not serotonin issues!
I've been trying various nootropics lately as a possible solution to the chronic, mild depression and anxiety I have lived with most of my life. I also tend to become very distracted by my own thoughts - apparently I don't have ADD or ADHD as I've tested negative repeatedly since my first visit with a psychiatrist at 11 years old. It's simply a matter of my thought processes being "cluttered" and going off on a tangent when I should be focusing on a single task at hand, but I can work very efficiently when I concentrate and really put my mind to it.Having worked as an assistant to a psychiatrist and seeing first hand the damage that prescription anti-depressants can do, as well as the absolutely insane pharma-culture these doctors participate in (free golf vacations if you order more Xanax! We'll order lunch for the office staff too!), I've held out through the years and absolutely refused to take anything for my depression. There's nothing quite like seeing a doctor prescribe Adderall to a four year old who "fidgets in his preschool class" to turn you off from psychiatrists. I've tried St. John's wort before with zero results, so essentially gave up.Recently I ordered some L-Theanine + Caffeine after doing some research and reading all the glowing testimonials online. BIG MISTAKE. I took one in the morning and HALLUCINATED all day! Not serious, trip-like visions or anything, but visual static, weird colorful after images and swirling patterns. It was nuts! I also felt sort of drunk and out of it. I've never done LSD or anything like that so I really can't compare. The only other time I've had anything like that happen was with Ambien - The first night I took one for insomnia was terrible. Those hallucinations were serious, full-blown reality warping living nightmares. Needless to say I never took it again. Instead I now use valerian, which work wonders.Anyway, this True Focus is the first thing I've taken that has had a positive impact on my mental state. I really believe that brain chemistry and function are highly individual and vary widely. Some have issues with dopamine reuptake, for others its serotonin. The antidepressants your doctor prescribes only deal with serotonin - these same people most likely benefit from L-Theanine and catecholamine. I believe I am one of the few who must improve dopamine function instead. True Focus works wonderfully for that. If you try common/popular nootropics that work for others but cause averse effects for you, try this, and possibly L-Dopa as well. The L-Dopa seems to make me almost too giddy and energetic when I take it, so I've kept it at just two True Focus each morning. It could help those with more severe depression or mood swings, it's just a bit much for me.Try it out if other products don't work for you. Perhaps you have different brain chemistry than most!UPDATE: I've found that these work AMAZINGLY well when taken with black (plain) coffee. I'm guessing that some component of True Focus potentiates the caffeine in the coffee, though I haven't tried them with a straight up caffeine supplement, so I can't be sure. Just a suggestion to try if you'd like an extra boost in the morning.

This is a great product BUT!!! **please read*
So in all this is an awesome product especially for those who deal with ADHD attention deficit type. The only real issue is if you take a medication called Wellbutrin XL(especially a high dose) the grape seed oil in this supplement can cause an interaction which is what happened to me. I didn’t think anything of it at first until I started getting these extremely awful migraines and at first I thought maybe I wasn’t sleeping enough, stressed or not consuming enough water…then I started actually having heart palpitations and pains that are known as “heart fluttering.” At the time I was extremely freaked out. I couldn’t understand why I was experiencing these issues until I was reading the ingredients in the supplements and saw grape seed extract/oil. This is an ingredient that can have an interaction with Wellbutrin. Although not extremely common, there are reports. After stopping the supplements my body returned to normal. Bottom line: I do NOT suggest this supplement for those who take Wellbutrin as there is a possibility of having a similar interaction as I did, HOWEVER those who do not take Wellbutrin or any medication that might cause an interaction with any of the ingredients this supplement is really great and I found does help with attention and focus but also mood as well. Just personally the good could not outweigh the side effects I was dealing with.

This works.
I'm about to re order as I've taken all but a few last doses. I eat and then take 2 at the same time before going about my daily tasks. It takes away that hard block between knowing what to do and actually getting it done. The executive functioning issue in ADHD where you know you have to do something but can't get motivated to do it. You just feel on and focused. It's worth a shot to try it. I have undiagnosed ADHD but pretty sure I have it. I was raving about it and my sister bought it too because she sees ADHD symptoms in herself. She said it was like a switch in ber brain was flipped and she was getting things done after taking it the first time. It works immediately, at least it did for us both. It's not energizing so there's no jitters it just gives you the mental ability to focus and persevere through tasks you otherwise would have had a hard time getting up to do.
